Hired this company to inspect and repair an issue on my roof/gutter. Water was coming down under the gutters and dripping down onto the wall and porch. I called this company and another company for an estimate. Jimmy came out and discussed what needed to be done. His estimate was 25–30% higher than the other company, but I went with him because of all the good reviews online. After agreeing to the estimate, communication was poor, and I heard nothing for 3 weeks. After reaching out to Jimmy, I was told they were on it "ASAP". Still heard nothing, and my gut told me to go somewhere else, and I was about to contact the previous company, when I heard from Jimmy, who said he would be there the following week. The day of the repair, Jimmy contacted me and said he can't make it today, but tomorrow. No big deal. Tomorrow came, and the crew came out and started to do the repair. I met with Jimmy, who told me everything was fixed and sealed and the rest of the roof was inspected, all good. The following day it rained, and one section of my roof was no longer leaking, but the other section still was (showed Jimmy both spots that were leaking on original estimate inspection day). Contacted Jimmy, who said he didn't know about the other section, which was untrue. Jimmy then said a crew would be out to repair the remaining section. Then waited several more days for the "repair". A couple days after it rained, and water was still rolling down. Contacted Jimmy with a video message. They came back to "fix" the problem again, and after another rainy day it was still leaking, so I'm not sure what they did other than leave sharp pieces of aluminum and screws on my driveway and trash in my bushes. So after paying a nice chunk of change, and this company coming out to my residence several times, water is still flowing and I still have to contact a roofer to get this fixed. This company also uses cheap labor, not professionals . I would not recommend and am sorry I used them.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for taking the time to describe your experience and for taking my phone call. We appreciate you initially putting your trust in us and sincerely apologize for the experience you had with us which is not our usual standard, including the lack of communication and inconsistent scheduling. Like I mentioned in the call, we would still love the opportunity to make any additional repairs needed as you do have a warranty with your repair. We also will cover any costs you may incur for any damage caused by our poor material clean up. Please give us a call if you change your mind. Our small repair cost usually averages around $600-700. We always strive for fair pricing but may have different expenses than other companies. Our crew foreman has been with us for over a decade and is a highly skilled professional in both roof repair and replacement. We apologize again that your experience did not reflect that quality. Thank you, Innovative Roofing and Siding team

When I called for an estimate, Jimmy came the same day and I hade a written estimate within a couple of days. Follwups were made, all questions answered. The project started with respect to my schedule and was finished ON TIME. Even though the weather was an issue. Great workmanship with quality products. Most pleasant people/company I have dealt with for home repairs. I will utilize for future projects. HIGHLY Recommended. LGM.

Did a lot of research for roof replacement around the area and found nothing but excellent reviews for Innovative Roofing and Siding Inc. They use quality materials that have good warranties and guarantee their work as well. To top it off, their quote for a new roof was quite a bit under everyone else. Also, cant say enough about the work ethic I witnessed and their on site manager Jimmy Garland is the best. He walked me through the process and readily answered any questions. Definitely recommend them
