Nick was great to work with. He met me on a Tuesday to look at the 7,000 square foot roof and the job was completed by Friday afternoon. Very professional and quality workmanship. I would definitly hire this company in the future. 👍👍

Great job by Nick and his team. I’m a property manager and needed to fix a 7,500sf commercial flat roof on 2 story building. They made all the repairs, prep and silicone coated the entire roof. Great communication from bid through completion. I highly recommend Independence.

Although we have previously dealt with other roofing companies, this one impressed us with its meticulousness. They did more than simply patch things up; they gave us options and explained everything. Our building now has a much better appearance.

Everything went more smoothly than we thought it would when we had our flat commercial roof replaced. The site was kept clean the entire time, the crew arrived early, and they kept to their schedule. Excellent craftsmanship and clear communication throughout the entire process.

We required a trustworthy contractor to look into a persistent leak on the flat roof of our commercial building. The team arrived from this business on time, identified the problem quickly, and fixed the roof leak in a few days. Throughout, their communication was professional and unambiguous.
