  Tread lightly if you need work warrantied. The owner initially seemed interested in helping but then when there was no one to blame, completely ghosted us and will not reply. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Might want to check out the BBB reviews too before deciding who to put your trust in.

  The first salesman came out with a senior sales person / estimator with his junior, pretty straightforward, but never told me to sign anything, or what the process was like. About 2 months went by they come out again, Wrote another contract about $800 difference the same amount for an upgraded shingles they could not convey clearly why the difference with regards to the original contract with the senior estimator. still have no idea why the difference. Work was complete. However, they left materials on the side of the house never cleaned up. I asked for it to be cleaned up. It took about two months. The salesman or Junior estimator was slow to call or text or just call back , There’s expose nails, water runoff, and garbage still being found throughout the yard. I’m contacting my insurance company and having the roof respected.

  My recent experience with a roof replacement taught me a lot about the integrety of insurance companies and the importance of finding great people to represent you in a dispute. After having the same insurance company represent me since 1978, I found that loyalty doesn’t count when it comes to a major claim, like a roof. We had only one small claim in all those years with Allstate, I found that the relationship you might have with your agent has little to do with those that actually make the decision on your claim. My home had a premium tile Spanish style roof with a 50 year warranty. Built in 1976, that roof had faded and required constant repair. It’s design allowed broken tiles to be individually replaced, but the morter had all cracked off and the manufacure of those tiles had been discontinued 30 years ago so only recycled tiles were available that were faded and brittle. A visit from West Point Roofing pointed out the obvious problems with my roof, and asked if they could represent me with Allstate. I agreed, but their efforts resulted in Allstates denial of my claim, which had sustained significant hail damage a few months earlier. Allstate had a third party look at the roof and denied my claim. They offered me $4,000 to repair the roof. I went back to West Point who said they wouldn’t fix the roof for that amount and backed out of represting me with Allstate and offered to put a new roof on for $40,000 out of my pocket. Ben with Impression Roofing was putting roofs on for a couple of neighbors and stopped by to see if he could do our roof. I told him we could only get $4,000 out of Allstate, and he said our claim should not have been denied and we should get a better roof than West Point offered, so he gave Allstate a try. Impression was able to get a $30,000 settlement from Allstate (they said they had made a $26,000 mistake in my claim). Impression claimed that this offer would replace the roof with a far inferior roof and demanded more. Afte

  We had been dealing with the insurance company on a hail claim for over a year and a half with other roofers with no positive results. Ben said he knew how to deal with insurance companies, and boy was he right! We were able to get our roof replaced, instead of repaired, gutters replaced, gable vents replaced, a window replaced and a new garage door. The quality of workmanship is stellar and all jobs were done professionally, on time and in budget. This is definitely the company to call for roofing issues. I also understand they are going to add putting up Christmas lights to their services! Great job guys!!

  You want to talk about a GREAT company to work with 👍 That recent hail storm in March really hit my house hard Probably silver dollar sized hail for 30-45 minutes WOW So now I needed a roof and gutter replaced 🤷‍♂️ We met via a cold call but talk about my good fortune I made the insurance claim Impression met the adjuster and walked the roof with them A few weeks later we all agreed I had a new roof on a Monday And the gutters the next day on Tuesday The attention to detail and pride of workmanship really shows I would not hesitate to call them in the future or to refer them to my friends Being we live in Texas I may just put them on speed dial 🤣🤣🤣

  Impression Roofing did a great job on our re-roof. They helped us negotiate with the insurance company to maximize coverage of our hail damage. They worked with us every step of the way. When it came time to do the work they protected all the windows and covered the landscaping. The work was completed in a day with the gutters completed the next day. The roof looks great.
