It's important for a roofer to let you know when their crew's foot goes through the ceiling. It is important that a roofer order the correct materials and not leave a portion of a roof covered with a tarp. This can create anxiety and regret …

Mr. Belford, it’s great to hear from you! I remember getting your email, early in the AM one morning. I immediately started calling you and replying to your email. Once I got you on the phone, I scheduled a site visit that morning at around 830am. Once I was able investigate the damages, we were able to come to a conclusion on a plan moving forward to take care of things. While some of your accusations are true, you failed to mention there was an existing leak in the area with the debris on the floor shown in one of your images. We take full responsibility for mistakes we made, (I showed that to you by taking care of the $3,000 drywall bill. We don’t take ownership of existing or ongoing issues, or a property that’s been lacking maintenance for a long time. If there’s anything we can do to help please let me know. -Will

Can’t get our house fixed because insurance needs two estimates. We have been told several times by Taylor the estimate will be given in the next two days…this weekend….next week. He did the estimate in February and we are not in April. I just don’t understand.

We understand your frustration and take responsibility for sharing time lines that haven’t developed. Hurricane Helene affected everyone in our town. There are many people that haven’t been able to fix their homes yet. Please share your name so I know to-take you off our list. Thanks, Will

Impact roofing helped us fix a repair from hurricane Helene in our attic. They worked efficiently with the guidance of electrical engineer to make sure everything was brought to code. I would 100% recommend. They made the whole process stress free and had great communication throughout entire process! 5 stars

Derrek came out to give us an estimate. He was on time, polite, and explained the shingles and materials they use and what the cost for upgrades were. I had two other quotes and impact was very competitive. I felt very confident with Impact construction. They came out two weeks later and ripped off the old and installed the new in one day. Came back the next morning and finished cleaning up. I highly recommend them!

We had a tree fall on our house at the end of January during a storm and Impact came out immediately (IN THE RAIN) to help us tarp our house to make sure things didn’t get worse over night. Stateon was our PM and was great! Kept us up to date on everything getting fixed and got everything done so much quicker than we even expected! So grateful for this company and everyone with Impact that helped us out!!!

Needed a new flat roof for my back porch. They quoted it right away. When I was ready, I got the deposit paid and that day they dropped materials off and in less than 2 days had the roof done and my new attic vents installed. Stateon is an incredible professional in communication and in work. Don't hesitate to reach out to Impact for a variety of construction needs with your home and business.

We used Impact for a large renovation and addition project including a new roof, new siding/exterior paint, and deck. Everything was communicated well and stuck to the plan. We had a great experience with Will, Mike, and Taylor. We will definitely continue to recommend the Impact team.

Derrick and the team at Impact Roofing really did a top-notch job and impressed with how they handled everything. Communication was a breeze throughout the whole process. Honestly, it's refreshing to work with a team that's so professional, transparent and efficient. Definitely recommend them if you need any roofing and window work done.

Top quality work at a reasonable price by a person who seems very competent at what he is doing. Derek Natoli gave us a very reasonable estimate we agreed upon. Crew of 5 men showed up at one time to dismantle existing deck, rebuild it, screen in part of deck. They were fast, quality of work was flawless and done in a professional manner. They cleaned up all evidence of their work and in 3 days....they were done. I cannot recommend Impact Roofing enough. We now have a back deck built far better than our house it's connected to. Thanks to Derek and the crew he sent. We are very happy customers.
