  Ms. Parish, There are a few inaccuracies in your review that I would like to clear up. We did the roof and gutters almost 4 years ago, 5/31/2022. Our gutters carry a 3-year warranty unless otherwise specified. In your case, this was not a warranty issue. The gutter was completely destroyed by ice. Weather related damages are not typically covered under any warranty because it was not due to workmanship. We came out on 02/24/26 to inspect the gutter. I'm not able to post pictures in my response, but it was visibly evident that ice brought the gutter down and actually ripped the gutter. This past winter was extreme, many residents experienced things for the first time due to the extremely cold temperatures. When you recently called our office, our secretary advised that we could meet you and a third party out there to go over anything you are unpleased with. We installed aluminum 5" k-style gutters, the material is industry standard and not cheap. They are not made/built to hold up blocks of ice. I, Sulieman Mumin (owner) and our team, work extremely hard to build up our reputation. I feel this 1 star review is unwarranted and ask you to please remove it from our profile.

  I’ve reached out to them several times several years apart and spoke to a scheduler each time. They were adamant about having me on the schedule both times and when the time came for my appointment no one called or showed. Its disheartening to attempt to work with someone and they keep disappointing but have signs all over the city advertising their services

  Terrible roofers gutters full of debris clogging the sewer drain, reused flashing they tore up during the tear off and is now leaking on a new roof with tons of other poor install defects I would get your roof inspected if these guys touched your house asap

  Sorry for this experience, but we did not do your roof. Your name is not in our database. We don't reuse anything on our installs. We make sure all gutters are cleaned out. We have not received any calls from previous clients stating that their roof is leaking. Can you provide more information please? Or give us a call at 216-678-9445 Not a real review.   We had to have our roof replaced by May 9,2026. My cousin referred me to a fb group were i asked if anyone knows a good roofing company.. and i had 3 people referred me to iman roof. I gave them a call the next day. A nice receptionist answer the phone ( very helpful) with hours Luis called me we set up an appointment to have the roof inspected.. Now by this time im panicking thinking the roof wasn't going to be done by May 9. Luis had me on the schedule within a week. The roofers showed up May 2. And completed the job in a day. If you are looking for an honest professional company IMAN IS WHERE ITS AT. 10/10 you wont be disappointed. If i need any future work done i know were to go.

  Great service. Luis helped me get my insurance to cover my roof and walked me through everything step by step. Install day was snowy so his crew returned when it warmed up and cleaned up all the debris that was under the ice and recleaned my gutters.

  We worked with Luis from start to finish he was such a professional, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept true to his word on everything! This was such an easy process and the men that completed our siding were so friendly and hard working, I had new siding in a day and a half ! Absolutely will be back for our roof
