  This experience was incredibly frustrating and felt misleading from the very beginning. Adam came out and took measurements for both my house AND my garage, then gave me a total quote. I asked if he could take $100 off, and he agreed. What he never once explained was that this meant the entire garage was removed from the estimate. That makes absolutely no sense—there is no scenario where removing a full garage equals only a $100 difference. The math simply does not add up. On top of that, he told me he would waive the credit card fee if I left the company a good Google review. That already felt unprofessional. I told him I would leave a review after the work was completed—thankfully I didn’t do it beforehand. A few days before the scheduled work, I was informed that the garage was not included at all, which came as a complete shock since it had been measured and discussed from day one. Yes, they refunded my money, but that doesn’t undo the poor communication and lack of transparency. Adam may have been super friendly, but being “nice” doesn’t excuse misleading pricing, unclear explanations, and pressuring customers for good reviews. This whole situation left me angry, stressed, and with zero confidence in how this business operates. On top of that, I now have to start this process all over again with getting quoted and having someone do measurements and schedule a day to do the work. ***editing and responding to the below response*** Very interesting, since I was never quoted $2,700. That number was never in any of the conversations we had. Several of those sentences never happened actually … I never once asked to just be quoted on just the house. I think you got me mixed up with another customer. I also never said I had someone who could do it for that specific amount. I mentioned I had someone else that will be doing other work for me and I could ask them about my gutters as well. Over two weeks ago yes, I’m a busy woman and never got around to posting this

  There was a disconnect somewhere along the way and I am not sure where. We gave you a price for both garage and dwelling at $2700 and you said that it was too expensive and wanted to see what just the house would cost. That was given to you and that's what you signed for. I have a work order IN HAND that you signed that states dwelling only. You paid the deposit then a few days later you said you found someone that could do both the dwelling and the garage for what we could do and you wanted your money back. Issued you a refund that night, no questions asked. That was over two weeks ago, so I assume at this point the company that was cheaper would already have the work done.

  From start to finish, Adam was an awesome dude to work with. We sat down and discussed the roof like we were talking to an old friend. Roof supplies ordered and delivered on the date as planned- Adam remained present for every transaction/delivery. He’s extremely communicative during the process. Our roof took 2 full work days, most of the team working sun up til sun down. Adam was on site to ensure everything was going smoothly, as well. Would recommend this group to anyone. They’re trustworthy and professional. Our roof looks great— and most importantly, is working exactly as it should.

  I had the pleasure of working with Adam at Imagine Roofs, after my home went through a tornado in Palos Hills IL, Imagine Roofs met my insurance company, which was great. They put a hail impact rated shingle on my house. Completed it in one day. Also did a great job on the interior which was also damaged from the tornado. How I heard about Imagine Roofs was from my son who had Adam do his roof nine years ago. I highly recommend Imagine Roofs and Adam

  Josh and his skilled team did a thorough and beautiful job residing our garage, replacing our old windows, AND replacing our gutters! They left the interior and exterior of our home very clean once the job was done as well. We are very happy with the work they completed AND for a reasonable price! Would highly recommend.   I had the pleasure of working with Adam in previous years. I gave him a call to do his annual inspection and ended up buying windows when he came out for my beautiful home. They did such a great and professional job on the first install. I hired them again and finish the rest of my windows in my house in Portage Indiana. The financing was great, The installers were wonderful. These were custom-made windows to my home. I couldn’t be happier plus the windows have a limited Lifetime warranty . Highly recommended.!!!! Great job Adam and his team at Imagine roofs.

  I had the pleasure of working with imagined roofs , they were recommended to me. I live in Crown Point.Indiana and had a huge windstorm come through and blow some shingles off. I call , imagine roofs the same day they came out and tarp the roof and just completed my beautiful hail impact class 3 resistant roof. I am also a military veteran and imagine roofs gave me a 10% discount. Because I served our country highly recommended. Ask for Adam.

  We were hit by the hail storm in Kankakee County IL this spring and were in need of a new roof and gutters. I decided not to partner with any contractors right away as I wanted to work directly with my insurance company first. Once the insurance process was completed I didn't know where to start or who to call. I considered doing the work myself as I was nervous to work with unknown contractors. I got a referral from a neighbor down the street and began discussing with his contractor. That contractor (not Imagine Roofs) ghosted me when I requested some very simple verbiage changes to the contract! I followed up a couple times and didn't hear back from that other contractor. Shortly thereafter, Adam from Imagine Roofs was knocking on doors and came along our property. I couldn't speak at the time, but he scheduled to come back a couple days later when it was more convenient for me. Adam was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get along with. He listened and catered to my questions, issues, and concerns! There were a few other things I wanted to personally accomplish during the project that were outside of the scope of the work, but required access into the attic while the roof was torn off. The crew was very accommodating and even assisted me with these tasks when they didn't have to. Imagine Roofs gave me the flexibility to feel comfortable with them as a contractor selection. They agreed to my request to only collect the first 50% after the materials were at my house (no deposit down upfront) and the balance due upon completion which was only a few days after that. Start to finish it took about 2 weeks, whereas other contractors in the area are booked out many months. They even granted me at my request an exit clause on the contract if the work wasn't completed by a specific date. Adam was at my house the entire day the job was being done, and the crew worked 13 hours and got the entire roof torn off and re-decked (85 sheets of plywood) and a

  Imagine Roofs did a fantastic job replacing our gutters, at our home here in Chicago, last week. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work, ensuring everything was completed perfectly without any issues. It’s a relief to have the project done so smoothly. I highly recommend them for their quality and attention to detail.

  They were prompt, professional, and the repairs/replacements I needed before closing on my old house look great - almost had a change of heart on the house sell based on how awesome the roof looks! But alas, I just have the ultimate card in my pocket that I GET to use Imagine whenever I have needs on the new house! Thanks y'all.

  I called imagine when my uncles Roof was damaged in one of the most recent stories. They were the professional and they provided us with information to make the right decision. They were not pushy. They were not greedy. They just wanted what was best for uncle and I appreciate that.
