  I had storm damage and it was my first experience of this nature. I had excellent communication from Zane from day one. I was curious why they wouldn't give me a quote prior to the adjuster coming out but I didn't know the procedure. Zane kept in contact with me and he and Josh met with my adjuster. She submitted a quote and after they finally submitted theirs. They were about $3000 apart and the adjuster came up to their quote within $220. They would not do the job for $220 less. I guess you don't need the business. It was a waste of time. The delay in providing a quote was a game that they play. Just be upfront and say that you won't work with insurance company adjusters.

  Hello Renee, I'm glad Zane kept in excellent communication with you. Armour's price never changed. However, the insurance company started out very low and then increased their price once Armour, a credentialed and local expert, pointed out their estimate was insufficient to perform the necessary work. Unfortunately, they did not match our price. We cannot simply do a job for a reduced price becasue the insurance company is waiting to see how much money they can save themselves.

  No one called back after filling out contact form UPDATE 11/5: Since it wont let me respond to the owner's response, it took this Google review for your company to finally email me back and try to call me back. That was 2 weeks after I sent in contact form and your explanation was your website has issues with sending your the contact form. Please dont blame all of this on me.

  Hello Mr. Davis. First off, we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this may have caused you. It was our intention to contact you. We did call multiple times but you have a Google Voice service that we were unfamiliar with and did not know if we were contacting the correct phone number or if it was a scam. We have contacted you via email as well but you have explained that you already found a contractor. As we have not performed any work for you and you have already found a contractor, we would appreciate it if you would remove this review as it is a simple misunderstanding. Armour Construction does everything we can to avoid scenarios like this but some things are beyond our understanding/control. Now that we are aware of the Google Voice service, we will not make the same error moving forward. Mr. Davis, nobody is trying to blame you for anything. This is definitely something we did but not something we intended to do. We are simply requesting that you remove this review as we did call you twice but did not know if it was a scam as we have never dealt with Google Voice service before. There was an issue with the website but we called twice after receiving the contact info which was within 48 hours. And as we stated in our previous response, we did contact you via email because we didn't know any other way to successfully reach you. Again, it was a simple misunderstanding and we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We would have preferred to work for you and do a wonderful job on your home.   Josh and Tanner were fantastic to work with. Super patient with answering my questions and explaining everything to me. Josh came out around noon to look at the roof and give me a quote and Tanner called me on his way home and said he would fix it shingles the same day! Super thrilled and happy with their customer service and work. One day when the roof needs to be replaced, I'll be calling them! Thank you again!

  We had an excellent experience working with Armour Construction for our new roof. Josh was very thorough and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. He was prompt in answering questions and he delivered on everything he promised. I highly recommend using Josh and Armour if you have roofing needs.

  Two of the workers were at Menards the other picking up materials and they saw me struggling with dividers. They took the time out to help me lug them to counter and then to the car. People like this don't come around in your life all time. They go the extra mile.

  We have nothing but praise for Armour Construction, which undertook the restoration of our house from significant storm damage to our home's roof, sheathing, rafters, and living room ceiling. Special praise goes to Nick Devich, who not only managed the repair work but also guided us through very lengthy and frustrating negotiations with our insurer, State Farm. He was a strong and persistent advocate for us.
