  I didn’t end up going with them for my roof, but the process for getting a quote was fairly unprofessional. This is my first time getting a new roof, I was working with their salesman Nixon who was a nice guy and walking me through the process. I had filed an insurance claim and was asking for a quote, Nixon said they needed the insurance information to perform a quote. As this is my first getting a roof, I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just provide a quote so that I could just compare with what my insurance would cover. Nixon finally agreed and stated he would send a quote. Yesterday I received a call from Nixon and a co-worker of his. His co-worker yelled at me and didn’t give me a chance to explain my confusion or newness to the process. I politely asked to not move forward. Again, not sure how their actual roofing work is, but I just want to share my experience. I’ve been nothing but polite and professional as this is my first time in the process so I feel that this was un called for. Anyway very disappointed in their professionalism and just want to share that with anyone looking to use them.

  On March 6th, my roof leaked on a 4 month old roof after full replacement and nobody has come by to fix it. I contacted my Salesperson and he doesn't work there anymore but contacted AmeriPro. AmeriPro texted me saying the Salesperson doesn't work there anymore and do not contact him. Since then I've attempted contacting AmeriPro approximately 3 more times and nobody has contacted me or come by my house to fix my roof.

  They Installed a new roof but damaged the house. Now animals are in the attic and I am jumping through hoops trying to pay to get a company to come out and trap the animals before they will fix the damage. Very time consuming, very frustrating, and the customer should not be caught in the middle.

  This process has been horrible and painful to say the least. The office does not communicate. It's an absolute crap shoot over there. No one explains the process or what to expect. Documents were frequently lost or misplaced and requests to sign multiples of the same documents were made. I hated every second with this company and will never recommend or do business with you again.

  David Skaritka Is the guy to have!! he was so thorough every detail was explained in great detail I couldnt imagine this process without him. He also responded to each message and call in minutes. Our roofers were great did not rush to get it done and put everything back neatly plus they were so polite our roof looks amazing. Very pleased.. Highly recommend David you wont he disappointed.

  Our roof looks great. It was a pleasure working with Matt who got all the insurance info for me and answered all my questions. Dave Skaritka made sure that all the work was done well and on time. I certainly would recommend them!!

  I would highly recommend AmeriPro Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof replaced or repaired. Ed Dodds made the experience stress free by being honest and helpful through the process. Him and his claims department didn't just accept my insurance's decision at the beginning for a partial repair. They were able to push for a full replacement by having their own clear photos that showed severe damage that my insurance's photos did not. I can't thank Ed and his team enough for valuing me as a client. Ed assisted me on the weekend, on his own time, by lending a helping hand with some cleanup the crew left behind due to weather. To top it off, my insurance overpaid and AmeriPro was honest, didnt take advantage and sent me a check with the overpayment amount. Thanks Ed & AmeriPro Roofing!
