  In 2020 I worked with a wonderful employee, John, from this company who made us feel cared for and worked collaboratively with us to get our roof replaced. After shingles were falling off the roof and lots of hail damage to our roof and gutters, Allsquare paid for a laywer to file something with our insurance company stating that if they were able to get the insurance company to pay for the losses, we would need to use them for services and if not, no harm. After four years we finally got the loss approved, the wonderful employee left and started their own roofing company, and the lawyer let me know that I could technically use whoever I wanted but out of character, we used Allsquare. The employee, Rob, that we got was rude, I was hung up on, they had no idea what I was talking about when I called about our claim, and asked us to send them the contract from 2020. Our services were pushed back months and months, gutters were left off our roof for 3 weeks, even during intense rain, as they contract each part out. We were patient and worked with their timelines. When you work with the insurance companies the release two checks, one for the project to start and one when all is finished. All of which was known in the beginning of the agreement and discussed while work was done. We gave them $25k to begin with and Two weeks after work was completed but materials were still left on our property, nails, extra supplies, etc, which are still there, they let me know if I don't pay the money, it will accrue interest and they will pursue a lien on my home. I have paid another $9k and am awaiting the release of second check from insurance. While knowing I am just waiting on a check from the insurance company, which is all in writing legally. It is insane and asinine and extremely unprofessional, knowing that this is the normal process of an insurance company that THEY pursued. I really do not recommend dealing with them and having to go through what I have. Today I had a worker

  Horrible company. No communication with me my insurance company. Paul came by 3x to our home to take pics and accompany adjuster while he was taking pics, after our claim was denied Paul assured me that he would be back out to take more pics and get the claim going again, and he did not. He ignored my calls and texts and when I called the company office I was sent to vm and no call back. Do not make the same mistake I did and waste your time with All squared

  If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Spoke with Rob and he was very argumentative and truly just unwilling to help. Not sure if he’s just inexperienced or just doesn’t care …

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Created a water leak in my home and refuse to provide any assistance in fixing it while being very degrading to me when I complain. Will pursue litigation against this company so make sure you have funds if you use them.

  Very unprofessional. Details between office and contractors is not communicated. Workers have no clue what they should be doing on which property and leave materials all over your property then get very disrespectful and demand that you are responsible for disposing after a certain amount of time. would give 0 stars if possible.

  All Square recently installed the roof on the home we just purchased - we purchased under the assumption that we would not have issues. We were very wrong - our roof leaks in multiple places and we have been told by several contractors that the flashing was not installed correctly. For the past year we have been reaching out to them trying to get them to repair it, but nothing has been done to fix it. I am giving up and hiring someone else but please know this company does not stand by their work.

  I contacted All Square Roofing on an after hours Saterday night holiday weekend call. They offered to come on the holiday itself but I told them after the holiday is fine. The morning of the first day after the holiday they showed up, found the problem we needed help with, and had it fixed before noon. I found them going above and beyond any expectation and their price was both explained up front and was low cost for the corporate building and problem we needed repaired. I am certainly using them from mow on with any of my simple and difficult projects, and you should too!

  When looking for a company to replace my sisters roof, I had estimates from 3 different companies and decided to go with All square because i felt they offered the best value for the money. i worked with Jeremy and he was very thorough and explained the process to me and my sister. The team arrived on time and when finished the roof looked better than i anticipated. We are looking at putting siding on the house and will be definitely using All Square.   Rob contacted me after I searched for assistance on Angie's List, and his team did a phenomenal job. My roof looks really good, and I immediately saw that the leaking stopped. The team cleaned up after themselves, and I now have gutters and a brand new roof with a warranty.
