Averyl, we apologize for missing the appointment window and for not contacting you when our representative was unable to arrive as scheduled. That should not have happened. We want to be clear that your appointment was not missed for any discriminatory reason. Our representative’s prior appointment ran late, and he failed to properly communicate with you. We are addressing this internally and would be happy to reschedule your inspection if you are still open to it.

I would not recommend this place at all. I called them so we could get a quote to replace our two old skylights. I made it VERY clear to them that I work Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. my salesperson called me twice wanting to tell me he’s on his way and will be at my house in 30 mins when I still had hours of work. clearly, this company does not pay close attention to detail…. then proceeds to tell me PER skylight is $5100.00. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Recently called M&M to schedule an appointment to have a certified roof contractor complete a small job to satisfy an buyer's inspection report. I was informed that M&M only focus on job's above the $850.00 price point. I decided to cancel the appointment. Maybe M&M should include their price point requirements in their advertising.

I HATE THE DOOR THEY INSTALLED!!

  Reply from the business

Hi Evan, We take all feedback seriously and want to address your concerns. However, we weren’t able to find any record of a project under your name. Since every door we install is custom-made, we require a signed approval on design specifications before an order is placed.
