  Had multiple problems with this company. The last of which was refused to be corrected. They did not follow code. My roof is not installed up to code. There is no disputing that. This company sub contracts all their work. They sub contract to a contractor that contracts with an independent crew. This insulates IES from being involved with un-documented workers. Shrewd but highly questionable. I don’t find them to be honest.

  Good afternoon KW, the majority of your statements are incorrect. The current issue that you say we refused was actually addressed within 48 hours of your notification which was given on a Sunday. Even after I have explained the process and shown you proof from your own insurance work scope you do not seem to want to have a respectful discourse. I'm actually incredulous that you question our honesty when you know full well the extent and out of pocket expense IES went to on your home because of incident that occurred due to an HVAC installation code violation. We always strive and sometimes miss the mark, but we strive to create a good experience for the customer themselves and provide a quality service. I'm sorry for the frustration that you've experienced, but your tactics are detrimental to resolving any ongoing issues.

  Company charged me a fortune and didn't even fix my roof properly and never refunded the money or anything poor service and a rude employee who attended my property

  Crazy to see so many good reviews as I had high hopes. Guys came out on the scheduled day to take a look at my gutters and roof. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive an estimate or phone call since that time.

  We had several places in our roof that were leaking. We called IES and they came out within a few hours and put a temporary patch on several places in the pouring down rain to prevent more leaking. The next day they came and made permanent repairs. Highly recommend. I only wish we would have found them sooner!

  I highly recommend IES Roofing Services. I contacted Kevin and in no time he had his team working on my roof. Their work was quick and clean. They are very professional, easy to communicate with, and priced fairly. Even though I had a small job on my roof, he was responsive and helpful. I'm extremely pleased.

  Top notch work from these folks. Super professional and reasonably priced. My home is so much warmer and so quiet now. Great job from start to finish! If you need closed cell foam, this is the company you want to do the job.

  There's nothing like be woken up at 5:20am by your wife to the words, "We've got a leak" in the roof of your house that's only 4 years old. I looked for roofers in the upstate that had more than 100 reviews with an average rating of over 4.6 stars. Then I started calling. IES Roofing picked up on the second ring. No machine. No voicemail. No answering service. A human being. It was the day after Christmas, so I knew it might take a day or so for someone to get to me. I was pleasantly surprised to have Trey come out the next day. In a world of snake oil salesmen and people just out there trying to make a buck, Trey listened, looked, and made an assessment of what was going on with my roof. He made a quick (and free) repair and told me to call him if it did not fix the problem. I could not have been happier or more pleased with this encounter. IES has earned my future business.

  We had a great experience with IES roofing. Trey helped us through the entire process, including filing with our insurance and later, asking for a re-inspection and assisting with the claim/ approval. Their estimate was aligned with the final cost of the job. The entire roof was completed in one day, and it looks fantastic. The crew was fast, friendly, and cleaned up well afterwards. They were careful to remove all roofing and nails and to ensure all items from our yard were put back in place. Highly recommend!
