Hired Iconic for hail damage roof repair in mid-2023 after they ASSURED me THEIR own team would be doing the work (as versus sub-contracting to less qualified crews) - which, did not happen. They sent a very inexperienced crew who clearly valued speed over quality. Having worked for former contractors myself, I know the basics of roofing - see the pictures for a few examples I provided to Iconic. Iconic responded well, and quickly had the same crew come out and rip the roof off and start over. Same problem. Again they came out and ripped off the roof again - this time I insisted an experienced foreman FROM ICONIC be here to supervise them, which did happen, but he wasn’t here the entire time. The crew mistakenly put on the old brown gutter downspouts - not the new black ones to match the black roof. When I asked they replace them, they asked if they could spray-paint them instead. I insisted on replacement - and they replaced most of them, but a year later I found they spray painted the others when I wasn’t standing over them watching. The paint is now chipping off. Additionally, I’ve also found soft points in the roof, which concerns me that they didn’t address it when doing the work if it was like that at the time - or perhaps their shoddy job is causing water leakage? A homeowner shouldn’t have to be experienced in construction, muchless actively standing over the top of the crew to ensure they do a proper job. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed for being lied to (by Iconic regarding use of subcontractors), and by the workmanship being of such low quality that no reputable contractor would ever approve of such work. With chipped spray-paint on downspouts, and soft spots in the roof, I can’t wait to see what other easter-eggs I find in the months & years ahead.

Iconic did a great just replacing my roof and gutters after hail storm. The team is easy to work with, managed all interactions with the insurance company and updated me regularly on the project. Best part was how well they cleaned up during and at the end of the project. Very few nails left. Thank you Michael, Jay and the whole team.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the team at Iconic. From ownership, to the project manager to the skilled craftsmen who replaced my roof, fixed my chimney, hung my gutters and applied new siding, each person took great care of me and my home. The communication between Iconic and my insurance agent was seamless. Likewise, the project manager was on sight, kept me informed about next steps. The team was so professional my neighbors asked for a quote mid job. Spotless clean up too. Top notch company.

We’ve worked with Iconic on a few projects now over the past couple years and they have always gone way above and beyond. They are quick to respond when we reach out, provide multiple options to make sure we meet our budget and get the job done quickly. Most importantly their attention to detail and quality work is unmatched and the main reason we continue to seek them out. They do amazing work for a more than fair price and we will not hesitate to hire them again.
