Terrible experience, put down a deposit after installer came to our house and quoted us. Signed a contract and Hucke told us after they took our money they can't actually do the project. Avoid wasting your time with this company. They will break a contract and demonstrate they do not care about customers or the promises they make.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and are sorry for the inconvenience. You signed a contract with us yesterday and this morning our installer informed us that due to the height and lack of safe access, he could not safely complete the windows and exterior trim work. Our Director of Operations contacted you right away to explain the situation and offer a solution, letting you know we could install the windows from the interior, but we would not be able to replace the exterior trim. We offered this option because we wanted to help you as much as we could. After seeing your review, our owner reached out personally, not to ask you to change it, but to apologize and explain the situation. While he may not have agreed with all aspects of the review, he respected your right to share your experience. Our installers are highly experienced, and we prioritize their safety and the protection of your home. In this instance, our installer felt unsafe, and we did not want to risk damaging your home under those conditions. We hope you can respect this decision. Your contract has been cancelled, and your deposit is being returned via certified mail today.

JM - This is such a surprise receiving a review like this. It is quite unusual as we pride ourselves in great communication both within our organization and with our customers. Would you please email us at customerservice@huckeexteriors.com with your name and address and we will work to make this right. Our team does not take this lightly and if we made mistakes, we will fix them. This is the first time we've had feedback of such detrimental performance and it's highly unusual.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Hucke Exteriors! As a Realtor, I have referred Hucke Exteriors to several of my clients who needed new roofs. They were extremely pleased with the work and told me how fabulous Hucke Exteriors was to work with. So, when it was time for us to replace our own roof, I knew exactly who I would call. From start to finish, we were thrilled with the entire experience and absolutely love our new roof. The crew was top-notch—professional, respectful of the fact that we were home during the project, and very conscientious about cleaning up all of the debris when they were finished. Jim Brown, Nick Hucke, and Noah Brown are true experts in their field, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the service we received. I would highly recommend Hucke Exteriors to anyone looking for a roofing company. They truly care about their customers and take pride in doing the job right!

From the beginning my experience with Hucke has been amazing. Joe came over to give me an estimate to replace my gutters and repair some rotted fascia. He answered all my questions and even suggested ways to improve my gutters drainage. The crew that came to do the job was very friendly and quick. After the work was done, Vince and Curtis came out to address some questions I had. They were very thorough with their inspection to make sure everything was done right, and they were very kind. I would recommend Hucke to anyone.

These guys are legit. We had them replace our roof and some windows. I really appreciated that they kept us informed of when they would be on site and when our windows were ready. They were there when they said they would be. Unfortunately, that is all too rare these days. Thanks Jim and Vince! The roof and windows look great. I would go with this company again.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, taking the time not to cut corners. Today in Hartland, our team is working on more than just the shingles you see from the ground. A properly installed roofing system starts underneath, with the right layers working together to help protect your home. This roof features ice & water protection, synthetic felt, and quality roofing materials, each layer serving an important purpose in keeping your home protected from moisture, wind, and the elements. From the decking underneath to the shingles on top, our team takes the time to make sure every layer is installed correctly and built to last. Because a great roof is about more than what you see, it’s about the protection you don’t. If your roof is aging or you’re concerned about storm damage, contact Hucke Exteriors today to schedule your professional roof inspection. Aug 12, 2026
