I wish I could leave a -0 rating. My brand new roof was done in 2021. I’ve been trying for a year to get in touch with anyone from this company that’s now gone. Please don’t let these people in.

My father who is recently deceased, purchased 3 new roofs from Honest Abe Roofing (have receipts) company in 2021 and the office that he made the purchases through is now closed so Honest Abe Roofing will not help now. The warranty states any leaks are to be covered for 10 years, but no one in corporate calls answers plus there's not even a prompt for customer service. I have left several messages on whoever's voicemails but no response.

Hello Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with Honest Abe Roofing Orlando. When you first contacted us, you reported a roof leak—something that originated from your concern, not from our assessment. As is standard practice with many service-based companies, we informed you of a trip fee required to schedule a repair appointment. We also explained that if you chose to move forward with the repair, that fee would be applied toward your final invoice. You acknowledged and agreed to these terms, and the visit was scheduled accordingly. During the appointment, our technicians thoroughly investigated the area you pointed out—specifically the ceiling where you observed water intrusion. While they couldn’t pinpoint the exact entry source, they applied their training and experience to identify a likely cause and provided a recommendation along with a detailed quote. We also supplied a report with timestamped photos taken on-site. For accuracy, our first roof photo was taken at 8:34 AM and the last interior photo at 9:05 AM. GPS records confirm our team spent nearly an hour at your property. These are verifiable facts, not estimates. We welcome transparent feedback, but it’s essential that the information shared reflects the full truth. Unfortunately, the conversation shifted when the proposed solution and cost did not meet your expectations. While we understand that cost is always a factor, we strive to approach each situation with professionalism and mutual respect. Our technicians are skilled tradespeople who deserve to be treated with the same consideration we extend to our clients. Disregarding their expertise and attempting to direct their work and pricing was both inappropriate and disheartening. At Honest Abe Roofing Orlando, we value transparency and fairness in every interaction. While we understand we may not be the perfect fit for everyone—and we do not claim to be the lowest-cost provider—we are upfront a

Sales person will promise above and beyond, then under deliver. The installation took 5 for full completion due to insufficient amount of materials/shingles. If you want to pay 50-100% more for your roof in comparison to other companies, then go with Honest Abe. Overall, would not recommend when comparing price to value.
