Excellent experience with HomeShield Roofing. The team was professional, responsive, and did a great job with the roofing work. They were clear about the process, completed the work efficiently, and paid attention to the details. I would definitely recommend HomeShield Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor.

A branch punctured my roof during a rainstorm and my bedroom ceiling was leaking. I called HomeShield on Friday (August 7, 2026) and Tim responded immediately. I texted him a few pictures and he came to my house in the morning, quickly assessed the job, gave me a fair price, and put silicon caulk on my roof to temporarily stop the leaking. Excellent response. And then it started raining on and off. At 2pm Friday Carlos stopped by while it was pouring down rain and he went up on my roof (in the heavy rain), and put some special temporary caulk between the shingles to make certain that I wouldn't have any leaks during the weekend. I'm old - that extra caring gave me a lot of peace of mind. So it's Monday morning now and Carlos completed the job - he removed the damaged shingles and installed the new ones. And he didn't mind that I was watching what he was doing, and talking with him the whole time... LOL. Nice guy who really knows what he's doing. He's careful, and an expert. I'm certain that another branch will puncture my roof in the future (there's a 65' tree right there), and I'll contact HomeShield again. Many thanks to Tim & Carlos... they went beyond my expectations - exactly how a business SHOULD operate!

Super quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I called about an inspection for a dented roof vent. A few other companies I called would not come out for a small job unless I wanted a full roof inspection. I called Homeshield and Courtney was very helpful and got someone out to me within an hour. Tim was so friendly and informative. I really appreciate the quick response and professionalism.

Everyone on the HomeShield Roofing team was informative, hardworking, extremely responsive and helpful (and I needed a lot of handholding). Reasonable pricing and top-notch service with quality results make them VERY easy to recommend.

Tim was a gem! He was able to take care of placing a tarp over a couple problem areas on my roof within a couple hours of first contact. While I can’t speak to the whole roof replacement process, I can speak to his presence and communication which were both top notch.
