  While I'm still grateful to be leak free, which I am deeply grateful for, the frustration has set in. There were promises made about being at my home in person to "oversee the project" from someone who sold me the roof, then never returned. I was promised the 'Lifetime Gold Warranty' then provided a silver warranty and had to fight to get what had been promised. The debris dumped down my bathroom fan opening continues to rattle and dump debris in my house, five months later. Finally, when I called to tell them that all the areas of roof that they said would "settle in the sun" were still puckered and not settling in mid June, I was blown off even though we've had multiple days above 90 degrees, told that it would still settle, and was never reached out to again. We're now well into July and my roof continues to look pretty awful. I'm now just sad about these guys and their lack of follow through with promises made. I'll have to call the warranty people and ask them to come out and fix the still very misshapen roof lines, and I can no longer recommend this company in good conscience. I am still grateful that they made it out in a month to get a new roof on my house and still deeply impressed that they did the whole thing in a day, I just wish the damages had been addressed and words had been honored.

  I was really impressed with HomeMasters. The crew was professional and friendly, and finished the roof repair in 1 day! They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was sealed properly. Working with Nolan was such a breath of fresh air. He handled and explained everything, it almost seemed too good to be true. I could count on them to be reliable and the whole process was smooth and prompt. We love our new roof. Highly recommend!

  Had a new roof installed on our apartment/garage. Very steep roof slope. Price was very competitive to other quotes I had received. Completed roof looks great! Installers did damage my gutter system but I notified home masters and they are going to replace damaged gutter.

  Working with Homemasters was easy and smooth from start to finish: They offered clear communication and information about the process, support to work with my insurance company, transparent pricing and options and they were always available for questions and clarifications. When it came to getting my roof replaced, they showed up when they said, completed the work in a timely manner and left my front and back yards cleaner than they were before they came. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their roof repaired.

  Employees like to park their company vehicle where I need to park and charge my car, if they can’t figure out where to park properly I wouldn’t trust them with a tool lol …

  Only one day, not two or three, only one and the entire job was done. They went above and beyond, the little jobs involved that I was going to do, they did. Even as far as going to the lumber store for the little piece of trim I needed for the facia board they replaced for me. I would say quick but that might give the impression they were a little sloppy, completely efficient and without delay, every man knew his job and nobody ever stood around. The whole operation was seamless and I can’t speak highly enough of RJ Carroll, his help was smooth, flawless and without hesitation one of the best people I have ever had the privilege of working with, and oh, did I say knowledgeable? Wish more companies operated like this. I would definitely recommend Homemasters for any roofing or gutter installation needs.

  RJ was the first person on the Homemasters team I met. I was sold on his organization and professionalism along with keeping me informed and about everything.   What a refreshing experience. The communication was excellent,timely and professional. Negotiations with the insurance company were done professionally and with detailed analysis. The work was excellent and done quickly and on time. I would recommend this company as a first choice.
