James and his crew did a fantastic job on my new home roof installation. It is a fortified roof utilizing a zip board roof system which was first installed by a member of the framing crew that was supposedly aware of the nailing pattern requirements. The nail spacing was inconsistent and many nail heads were sticking up in addition to missing the rafters in many places. James inspected the zip board installation before he started his work and was not satisfied with it. Said he couldn't put his name on it unless it was fixed. For a very nominal fee James had his crew back out the shiners, redo much of the nailing pattern, change out a few of the damaged boards and re-tape the seams. He took all required pictures with time/day stamps that were required to be submitted to the permit office and the fortified roofing inspector. All passed with no issues. James knows his business, is easy to work with and pays attention to details. I highly recommend for any roofing work that you may have.

Home Pros Roofing did a great job installing my fortified roof. James was very thorough and even asked if I wanted my rusty chimney cover painted or replaced. All the other contractors did not even mention my chimney cover or get on the roof prior to giving me an estimate. They cleaned my yard thoroughly, blew the gutters clean and James himself blew and swept my attic. GREAT JOB to the entire crew!

I have been very pleased with the work and service James with HomePros Roofing has performed on my home. James is very knowledgeable, honest, affordable, professional and personable. His company has addressed all of my roofing concerns on my recently purchased home to insure the roof was protecting the interior. An example of his dedication to his customers….I recently had AC work, where my units were replaced. Unbeknownst to us, while the AC guys were installing the new units, they pushed a vent that was going out of the roof, causing separation, which allowed the seal to come apart, which led to a leak. There was interior damage because we were not aware of this. When this was discovered, I called the AC company because there was water in the drain pan and I was not sure what was going on. The AC company said it was not a AC issue but a roof problem. They of-course did not take responsibility for it. Note, the roof work was performed first and the AC units were installed after. I then called James and he personally came over and immediately fixed this so we would not have any further damage. Please note, this was on a Friday late afternoon, the week before Thanksgiving. I recommend James to everyone I can because the roof is your first defense to keeping the interior of your home protected. I can honestly say, I have never had a contractor that I was this impressed with! Thanks James for all of your work!!

James & Roof Pros staff installed two skylights on my roof. They took time to cover areas in the house from dust and debris. I inspected the work on the roof and I am very pleased.
