  We've seen several roofing companies working in the neighborhood, but Holt was the loudest and least professional, often screaming like children. I even witnessed them firing fireworks at one another.

  Two skylights were installed incorrectly and flanges were not properly installed and sealed. This caused moisture to get into the house, damaging drywall and necessitating a repair and paint job. If that isn’t enough, holt is charging us …

  I signed a contract with this company over a year ago to get my garage roof replaced. Every time I called them to see when they think they'd be out, Zach would give me some excuse and say it'll just be a couple of weeks, aaaaand now it's been over a year and still nothing. They did, just before winter, come out and put a tarp over the roof, which stopped the roof from leaking but the tarp didn't go over the rear of the garage so it poured water down the inside of the rear wall, which is now in need of repair as well. I will be going with someone else for my roof repairs, as these guys clearly kept chasing more lucrative work instead of doing the work they'd already agreed to do. There's absolutely no way they'd still be in business if all of their customers had to wait over a year to get any work done.

  They did an excellent job installing our roof. The crew was very professional and friendly, and did a great job with the cleanup that you wouldn't know they were there. We love the shingles that we picked and highly recommend giving Holt roofing a call if your roofing needs.

  Our neighbors referred us to Holt, and so glad they did. Our concerns with attic ventilation and drip edge were addressed fully. Installation crew was respectful and hard-working. No mess left. A home visit after installation addressed any remaining concerns. Definitely recommend.

  Excellent customer service, great workmanship. Tyler was great to work with and had really helpful recommendations re: other worked needed. This is the beauty of using a local company bc they know contractors who do quality work.
