  I dont know this company but i know one of their drivers is very unsafe, crossing red lights in traffic in a company vehicle. I almost got T- Boned this morning when my light was green. Check your dash cam and get that driver some traffic lessons before he kills someone. 8:30am 6/14/25

  We have an older home with box gutters built into decorative eaves. I hired Highland Roofing to repair the box gutters. The initial interaction was promising, with a reasonable estimate and a patient estimator who took the time to discuss details on the roof. Unfortunately, the actual execution of the repairs was underwhelming. While the interior copper was patched, the decorative gutters were left in poor condition, and it seemed like some areas sustained additional damage during the repairs. My requests for a quote or even a referral for this repair were ignored. The work crew appeared confused about the specifics of the job, and their lack of attention to detail was evident in the lack of cleanup and sharp copper remnants scattered around the yard. The billing process was another point of frustration. Though the final bill matched the estimate, the payment process felt like a step back in time. Highland Roofing does not offer an online payment portal, only accepting handwritten checks that must be mailed or physically dropped off at their office. When I inquired about digital payments, I was told they'd impose a 3% fee on card transactions. Dealing with Highland was not only disappointing due to the underwhelming repairs but also frustrating because of their antiquated approach to customer service and payments.

  I don’t leave reviews often. Only if the standard of care is so bad or so good. Highlands came highly recommended by several people. About a year ago, I called them to have them look at a problem on my roof. Receptionist took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No one did. I called again. Same thing. No call back. Called again. Same thing. I gave up. Now, in the big storm this week, that problematic part developed a leak, I gave them another call back because again people recommended them. Receptionist took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I explained to her I went through this almost exactly a year ago. She apologized and assured me someone would call me back that day. It’s been two days now: no one has called me. At this point, I’ve found a roofing company who was very responsive and incredibly thorough. I’ve moved on. *Update to Response* First, this wasn’t a first time non-response. Second, you haven’t returned my call in two days. I get it, there were storms. Which is why I didn’t post immediately despite assurances they you would return a call that day. However, you responded to my review in less than four hours after posting.

  I'm sorry we were not able to respond in a timely manner and we will work to be better in the future. Due to the tornados and severe thunderstorms this week we are overwhelmed with residential service requests and are trying to work though them as quickly as possible.

  Driver in a Highland roofing truck Rolls down his window and threw his trash out on The Costco parking lot. Probably not the kind of behavior you would want when driving around a truck with businesses logo printed on the side.

  Highland gave me an estimate to make roof repairs. I accepted. They gave me a timeframe when the work would be done and then did not show and would not respond to several calls.

  Rude was attending a viewing at funeral home and the men working was using profanity disrespectful wouldn't recommend them for a business for behavior

  I called them to see if they could come assess a roof leak and quote a fix. Took them a little while to respond, but they did; couple fellows came and climbed around on the roof, discussed the issues; pleasant, seemed to know what they were …

  Really great people to work with and they found the source of the water issues in our copper box gutters and around a chimney, which multiple companies couldn't. Reasonable price too. Very happy!

  Very happy with the roof and gutter work by Highland Roofing! Dennis answered calls quickly and took care of all concerns promptly and efficiently. Randy and the entire crew did an awesome job. Showed up on time, were polite, respectful and cleaned up the area each day, Appreciate all that was done!

  We have a clay tile roof on our historical home. I got other bids but Highland was by far the best number and they came and made the repairs to our roof and chimney within two months, which is a great turn around considering all the storms we had in the spring and made all the roofing companies swamped. They did all the repairs in one day and sent me pictures of the repair process and final result. Very excited to have found a reliable company to work on our unique roof.

  Highland Roofing: Box gutter repair. You never know until it rains. The main area of concern was over a damaged window and HR did show up and said they repaired some things, after today's rain it is still leaking (although it seems less). I have replacement windows on order and will see if that fixes the problem.

  Pete - Please let us know if you would like us to return to try to fix it again. As you're saying, sometimes it could be a variety of possibilities causing the leak issue. We try to be as thorough as possible inspecting leaks, but occasionally they require a second look.
