  Don't and I mean do not trust this man especially with your insurance information. He is misleading and will take your money. You be the judge. He did a "patch job" when he said he was going to do a repair. This was $900. It is sloppy and poor workmanship. All he did was tar the valleys. Period. Nothing else.

  Made a call to try and get an appointment. Hugo called back and mentioned that to visit us, he would need to charge 100$ because he had been to the home before a year ago. However, we are new homeowners and just purchased the home within the past 6 months. Hugo repeatedly stated that they have a tracking system and keep track of addresses and "GPS locations" but not homeowners, which seems a bit short sighted. Unfortunately this means any homeowners that he has issues with, ruins his service for the address completely... maybe he should start keeping track of homeowners instead of just addresses? Either way, decently rude since he assumed I was the last homeowner that he dealt with at the address. Worst professional I have dealt with so far. Extra one star because the last homeowner seemed to have been.... difficult to work with.

  I hired Hugo to repair a leak in the roof and paid $350.00 for the work he completed in 10 minutes. He seemed knowledgeable and explained that he was going to fill the hole with a sealant and give a 1 year warranty. The very next rain water begins coming from behind the wall at the exact location of the original leak. I dropped a text trying to explain the situation that it seems like water is being routed away from the hole which was patch but still getting in. The distance from the original problem to the new on is 2" or less. His reply was defensive but he asked me to call him and so I did. I tried to explain in better detail why I believed it was the same leak but he didn't want to hear it and instead made his own accusations, was rude, completely unprofessional, and denied the issue had anything to do with him. After a minute of him speaking to me like a child it was clear he made his money and didn't think doing the job right was worth his time. This business has no integrity at all. Rushed, incomplete, overpriced.

  Had Hugo come take a look. On the phone, he got upset at me asking what he wanted to charge me $750 to actually do. I didn't understand, since he gave me no description of the issue (find out later that he never checked up in the attic). Hugo got pretty defensive and said he was fed up...with what, I don't know. Yelled so loud that both the neighbors came out to see if everything was ok. He got in his car and sped off. I wasted a week...look elsewhere if you want professionalism.

  You're something else you really have some issues on your part I went and gave an estimate got on the roof gave you a price of $750 I explain exactly what needed to be done you didn't like the price you told me I shouldn't be charging that I said what those are my prices if you didn't like the price I still gave you a service I went out. Got on the roof and told you exactly what you need it done you didn't like what I told you I asked you how are you doing today you said I don't know until I know what you're going to tell me about the roof I told you your roof is old and needs to be replaced you don't like that what is a bad experience but not with me with you you're a horrible human being from the beginning I knew it I just wanted to keep my word and go out to your place and give you a service of giving you an estimate. As far as I know from the tenant you treat people like that all the time you did the same thing to the AC guy that went out there what a horrible person you are I don't have a car I have a truck and I stay there and explain everything to the lady that was there for 10 minutes and she agreed that you're some kind of bad person. I'm very professional you were a very rude person from the beginning you were actually always rude. And you did not waste any of your time you wasted my time.

  After spending $1800 and two minimal attempts at repair, called a different roofer to do the job right.——-update to response—-you knew who I was when you called my husband to take down the post. I’m happy to provide the invoice as proof. This is a lack of integrity on two counts.

  Hugo the roofer did not fix my roof problem. He was given several opportunities to get it done, and basically gave up. I did not receive any of my money back as requested, and will now proceed with litigation. Be aware of Hugo's claims of being professional and following through with his repairs. I was never aggressive in any way as he claims, in fact, I was very patient with him trying to rectify the problem. This is just bad business and the public has a right to be informed. HUGO IS A TERRIBLE ROOFER!

I did a wonderful job in your foundation keeps on tearing the roof I was willing to go back and fix the roof when you get the foundation fix and you scream and yell to the top of your lungs do you think I will comfortably go back to a situation like that no I am a very professional person in your actions cost me to take this situation the way things happen I cannot stress enough of saying how rude and aggressive y'all are be willing to go back after you fix the foundation did not make you happy I didn't never close the door to the possibility of me going back and figuring it out. On situations where the foundation is moving when the water or the rain it's making the soil soft in your home Foundation is moving it will crack the roof that is the situation at your home I explain myself very well. going back to your property will not happen due to the matter that y'all are extremely violent n aggressive people when you fix your foundation let me know

  OVERPRICED!! paid 850 to seal 2 vent pipes and sweep leaves off my roof. Next day, I still had a leak, so I called a bit upset about the situation (wouldn't anyone be upset? after paying that much CASH) he turned offensive very quickly, started talking over me, raising his voice and even asked me "do you still want me to come over not!? and "why are you mad if you have warranty!?" he needs to work on customer skills. Yes, I was an angry customer, but he was making matters worse when he started raising his voice and acting out as if he was the upset customer. He did come back to TRY and fix issue as promised. As an independent roofer, he brought his family with him, making me (a single mom) feel more uncomfortable. It has been way over a month and all he does is adds more seal. My roof STILL leaks and now he is refusing to come back and refusing to give me partial refund. DO NOT hire this man, he seems really nice and friendly at first but if your not satisfied with his work, he gets very aggressive.

Even though you have Foundation issues in your house is moving and causing the roof to break the shingles apart I did very nicely explain everything and did everything possible to make you happy but you just wouldn't have it any other way but your way. I did offer that when you have the home Foundation repair I could go back , seal the area. And yes I was always very nice always very prompt making sure that you were as happy as possible. This situation got out of hand on your side when you are aggressive and act like I am being something like y'all no I was never like you aggressive always try to work out situation verbally and a nice and firm tone That you did not like that I was telling you that you have Foundation issues and that's why you're having the problem. And I will see even willing to go back after you had that situation fix. I answered all your calls I arrived on time. The time I took my family was because you're such an angry person , I was afraid of you literally you make things seem so dramatic that you literally scared me. And I want to take the time to answer your review so you get the point but I tried to work everything out with you. Even if you take some time and fix that Foundation. My verbal word that I would go back it's still there. Other than that you have two leaks then I was trying to be a nice roofer and give you a deal each roof leak starts at $750 $800 you are not out of anything. You did get one roof leak fix the front of the house. The back was thrown in as a bundle. In to sweep the entire roof off lease what's $50 . Thank you for your review I really do appreciate it when you fix your foundation let me know
