The team was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with from the first call through the final cleanup. They arrived on time, explained the roofing repairs clearly, and kept a dedicated point person at my home during the job to answer questions and oversee the work. That level of communication made me feel comfortable that the roof repair was being handled the right way before they finished. During scheduling, they shared helpful videos and updates so I understood what work was needed, why the leak was happening, and when the crew would be there. They also provided before and after photos of the problem areas, including the flashing and repaired roof section, which made it easy to see the quality of the workmanship. I really appreciated how organized and professional the whole process was. They took a stressful leak issue and made it simple to understand, and the completed repair gave me confidence that my roof is sealed up properly again. I would absolutely recommend them for smaller roofing repairs like mine or for a full roof replacement.

  We reached out to company: Hernandez Brothers Roofing & Remodeling for a roof quote, and bernard quickly provided pricing for a new roof, skylights, and gutters. One skylight needed a custom order, so there was a short delay, but he let us know right away, explained the updated cost for the big skylight, and gave us other good options. he was very responsive to our texts and made the whole roofing process easy to understand. The crew arrived on schedule, removed the old shingles, hauled everything away, handled the needed roof deck repairs, and installed the skylights that were ready. They worked fast, did solid workmanship, and cleaned up the property very well so no nails or debris were left behind. We were very impressed with the roofing installation, the communication, and the attention to detail. We are still waiting for the gutter crew, but based on how smoothly the roof work went, we feel very confident the gutter installation will be done with the same care in Sterling. Five stars for great service and quality work.

  I’m so thankful for Hernandez Brothers Roofing & Remodeling. From the very first call, Jamie was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to talk to, and that first conversation made me feel completely confident moving forward. Bernard came out for the roof estimate and was honest, patient, and never pushy. He took time to inspect the roofing issue, explain what was causing the leak, and go over the repair options in simple terms. I learned a lot from him about the condition of my shingles, flashing, and attic area. Dealing with a leaking roof is stressful, especially during heavy rain and windy weather in Sterling, but he went above and beyond to help protect my home right away. He even placed a container in the attic to catch the water until the repair work could be completed, which helped prevent more interior damage. That kind of care meant a lot. The scheduling process was smooth, and Collin did a great job keeping everything organized and on track. The repair crew also exceeded my expectations.   I’m very satisfied with my new roof. Bernard and the crew arrived right on schedule and worked hard all day, only taking a short break for lunch. They were very thorough in their cleanup, making sure all roofing debris and nails were removed from the driveway, yard, and around the landscaping. The team didn’t cut any corners—they carefully removed and reinstalled the siding around the dormers to make sure everything was done right. Jamie was especially helpful in guiding us through the shingle selection process and brought several samples so we could pick the best fit for our home in Sterling.   This roofing company was prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the process. The team arrived on time to inspect my roof and attic insulation, giving me several options for new roofing materials. They even shared addresses of previous homes so I could see different shingle styles in person. Jamie, the project manager, made sure everything stayed on schedule and kept in touch with regular updates. On the day of installation, Jamie let me know exactly when the crew would show up.   After a big tree limb fell and caused damage to our garage roof in Sterling, it knocked down our new gutter and messed up the fascia and some trim. Jamie from the roofing team came out quickly after I called to check out the repairs needed. The job included taking off the broken parts of the roof, fixing the framing, putting on new shingles, retrimming, installing a new gutter, and painting everything to match. Jamie gave us a fair price, and once we agreed, the crew got started within a few days. They worked hard and finished the whole job in just one day. Jamie also made sure to show proof of insurance before starting, which gave us peace of mind. When they finished, everything was cleaned up and looked just like new. The roof, gutter, and trim repairs were all done exactly as promised, and I was really happy with how it turned out. I’ll definitely call them again if I need more roofing work.

  as someone with a background in designing and building homes, i created my house to be a real challenge to construct. years later, when it was time for a new roof, i knew it wouldn’t be easy. my roof is extremely steep, has lots of valleys, built-in gutters, several velux skylights, and even more custom-shaped skylights, all on a sloped lot. after reaching out to several major roofing companies, many didn’t want to take on the project due to its complexity. out of the few who were willing, the prices were similar, but i’m very glad i went with this roofing team. their crew, including collin and erik, really impressed me with their professionalism. they worked long hours, kept the site clean every day, always showed up as promised, and paid close attention to detail, even as the job was wrapping up. i am very particular about who works on my home, and these roofers exceeded my expectations. i will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs.
