From the first appointment for a quote it was a quality operation. The day of the roof and gutter installation it was an efficient operation and all done in one day. A necessary home improvement handled with confidence.

These guys were fantastic! It started with Jim who came out and did the initial walk, He was extremely professional, and you could tell he had years of experience. There were a few details we talked about, and even though they were about a month out he made sure all those details were Addressed on the day Install. The crew that did the roof replacement (All in one day!) Did an excellent job and I would say left my yard cleaner than it was before they started. Don’t hesitate hiring this crew

We chose Heritage Roofing from the 3 bids we received because Jim spent the time to understand all the details of our roofing needs and to answer all our questions clearly. We're extremely pleased with their work. Roofing day, the crew was prompt, pleasant and very professional.

We had our roof replaced in 2018 by Heritage without problem. We noticed some ceiling mold in a couple of the bedrooms and I called them up to see if they could make sure the roof was ok in that area. Very quickly they had somebody come …

Thank you so much for sharing this, and for trusting us again, even after the work was done in 2018. We’re truly sorry you had to deal with mold on the ceiling, but we’re glad you reached out and that we were able to get someone out quickly to check things the right way. It also means a lot to hear how helpful Jim was on the phone. And I’m really glad the issue was confirmed to be a condensation problem. Those situations can be stressful, and we want homeowners to feel like they’re getting clear answers, not a runaround. We understand the frustration of not being able to locate the original invoice after the company changed hands, so we appreciate your acknowledging that our service still showed up the same. You having confidence in us “then and now” is exactly what we strive for. Thanks again for the recommendation. We’re grateful to be your roofing company.

Heritage did a great job on our roof! They replaced both the roof and gutters in one day and left no trace of all of their hard work. I would use them again and would happily refer them to anyone.

Heritage Roofing company replaced our roof a few years ago and we were very pleased. A skylight that we did not change out at the time leaked in this last heavy rain. Heritage responded immediately, was able to source the skylight and installed the next day. The staff was friendly, and extremely efficient.
