I reached out to three roofing and gutter companies for estimates and chose the one that stood out for both fair pricing and quick communication. Marc came out to measure the home, explain the gutter options, and answer all of my questions in a clear and professional way. Since I was only visiting for a short time, the team worked around my schedule and finished the gutter installation before I had to leave. The crew did an excellent job, the workmanship looked clean and solid, and they made sure everything was installed properly for good drainage during heavy Texas rain.   I met Braxton while he was in the area doing roof inspections. After he came down from my roof, he showed me clear photos and pointed out the shingle damage I had noticed during a windy season. But Henry Family Roof Repair stayed involved, and Braxton took time to review everything with me and speak with the insurance company. He gave a very honest and straightforward assessment of the roof condition and explained the storm-related damage in simple terms. Because of that persistence and good documentation, the claim was eventually approved and my full roof replacement was covered by insurance.   I’ve used them twice now for roofing work, one full re-roof and one gutter job, and both experiences were excellent. Their pricing was fair, and the whole process was handled in a very professional way.   Once I learned we needed a new roof, I compared four roofing estimates. The lowest price was not the one I chose, because Justin stood out right away. He did the most detailed roof inspection by far. He was the only roofer who actually climbed onto the roof and checked the attic, while the others only walked around the outside of the house. That level of care gave me confidence in the roofing process. I also decided to have new gutters installed at the same time. I liked the shingle and gutter color choices, and the warranty coverage gave me extra peace of mind. The crew provided a clear schedule for the roof replacement, and they started exactly when they said they would.   after a recent hailstorm damaged the roof on our home, we hired henry family roof repair for a full roof replacement. once a few early details were sorted out, marc took over the scheduling and kept the whole roofing project moving smoothly. justin helped oversee the job, stayed in touch with us, and made sure everything was handled the right way from start to finish. the roofing crew worked very hard and finished the install in a timely manner, even with the hot san antonio weather. we were very impressed with their workmanship, attention to detail, and how carefully they protected our property during the tear-off and shingle installation. they did a great job cleaning up tools, trash, nails, and even sweeping the patio when the work was done. the new roof looks great, and the only item left is the gutter reinstall.
