  We contracted with Henderson back in April. It is now August 3, and we still do not have a roof or materials. I have had to initiate all communication with Ike, in spite of him telling us he will be in touch by Memorial Day, etc. If you want your roof completed in a timely manner, I recommend that you choose another company.

  I'm sorry, but your sales rep left the company, which is why he had not called or texted you back. Michael (not your sales rep) had called left you a voice mail, to let you know that he had entered your manufactures warranty. GAF controls everything from there. Unfortunately, there's nothing more we can do. I looked over your proposal, and invoice and no warranty was sold. Only have a manufacturers warranty. If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. The number for GAF's warranty division is 1-800-458-1860

  Called company for a roof repair was told by receptionist estimate would be $150.00 non refundable explained this was acceptable and not an issue. Receptionists gathered my contact information and stated I would receive a call back it is now almost 1 month later with no contact form this company. Untrustworthy To ghost customers I would not recommend.

  While we understand your displeasure at us not being able to get to your inspection on a timely manner, I believe you have either misunderstood or worded our fee incorrectly. We never ever ask for money up front. We collect only at the end of the job on any residential roofing project. There is a $150 inspection fee. That fee is only paid after the inspection. If the inspection calls for a large repair and you agree to the cost of the repair, then no fee is charged. We do not "ghost" our customers. Our inspection team tries their very best to get to every inspection. So many, that we have instructed the receptionist to tell them we are now more than two weeks out. Everyone will be called as soon as a member of the team can get to them. If you wish to remain on the list, we will keep your place in line. If you wish to be removed, we understand that as well.

  We called yesterday to get someone to replace the boot on our roof vent. We had noticed a leak from the last couple of times it had rained and we were told to call Henderson. When we called they told us a guy would be out at the house at some point that day and that he would call us before he came by. We never got a call. We tried to call and got in touch with NO ONE and They were not closed yet. They never called us to let us know that they would be unable to get to us that day. We could have called someone else to help had they done that much, at least. Not even a courtesy call. We are very upset since it looks like today was the only day we might be without rain for a bit and our roof vent is leaking into our little boy's room through the ceiling! We will be calling again at some point tomorrow and we expect an answer for this. It's unprofessional to not even give a client a courtesy call if something comes up and the repairman can't make it. Now, tomorrow and Saturday will be rainy and our little boy's room will be dripping...and we may be dealing with mold if this is not fixed fast. I would NOT recommend this place if this is how they treat people.

  I believe there to be some confusion. Both Google and our Customer Resource Program show the call wasn't placed on Wednesday, but Thursday. Our inspector was coming today (friday). After speaking with your husband, we have agreed to cancel the appointment. Thank you for considering Henderson Roofing to Protect Your Greatest Investment!

  Not recommended for repair work. Contacted them in March for a leak in roof.estimated repair was 1495.00. Signed contract on line.I called 4 times in the next 6 weeks and was given no date when they would start. In May 2 of their workers showed up tore off some shingles and told me I needed a different type of shingle. New estimate 3250.00. The next day they outsourced it to 3 Spanish men ( they were the only good experience in this ordeal) i noticed part of new roof wasn’t sealed properly.i informed them when I payed my bill.was told someone would be out to check it out. That was may 27. I haven’t seen or heard from them since.

  We're terribly sorry you had a bad experience! We were really backed up on repairs at that time, due to the almost three straight weeks of rain. The best we could tell everyone was that we would get to them as soon as possible, but drying every customer in, until we could complete the repair. We also had to wait until we could schedule two repairmen to work on your roof. When the two started work on the repair, they discovered after opening the area, more issues that couldn't haven't been identified at the original inspection. That's when Mark Henderson and Josh stepped in to review and reprice your job, which ended up being three times the size of the original area and a much higher quality material. The day after the job was completed, we had an inspector come by to make sure the roof was completed properly and to take photographs. Everything looked completed to our standards. As far as no one coming back out to reinspect your concerns, we deeply apologize as we did indeed drop the ball and will correct this immediately! Thank you for your business and the opportunity to work on your roof!

  This company doesn't know how to reply to calls or emails! Been trying for over a week to get someone. Glad I DID NOT HIRE them. If they don't want to respond can just imagine how they would do if they had part of my money!

  Ike Alexander and the Henderson Roofing team did a fantastic job replacing my roof. The GAF Timberline HDZ line of shingles was selected and looks awesome. The crew was courteous, thorough, and professional. Clean up after the job was excellent. I highly recommend Henderson Roofing, and would most definitely use them again.

  We dealt with Ike at Henderson Roofing in the repair of our chimney and some shingles that were off. He is one of the most pleasant, respectful and honest young man that we have ever dealt with.   Came over to provide an evaluation of my roof, which is missing a significant amount of shingles. In the interim time for us to get our insurance on board, they covered some of the effective areas of the roof to help prevent water seepage in the dwelling place for free. Very good customer service!

  Ike went above and beyond to make sure the roof we got was the best it could be. He communicated with me and the insurance company and was able to get upgrades I knew nothing about. The whole team is professional and courteous. They sent people back out several times without my requesting just to check and make sure the job was done correctly.
