I am writing to formally report an issue with the roofing work completed on my property in January 2021. My bedroom ceiling has recently begun leaking. Although I called previously to report this, I have not yet received a return call or a scheduled inspection. Upon inspecting my attic, I discovered that the work was not performed according to our agreed-upon contract. Specifically, damaged roof decking that was scheduled for replacement was left in place. I have attached snapshots of the original contract and photos of the damaged roof decking.

I called them last June 2025 no one ever called me back. Called again and was told give them a few weeks. Well now it’s March 2026 and still nothing. There were a lot of people that recommended them but guess I am not the lucky one.

Mike is a winner and so is Havertown Roofing. He came out in the bitter cold found the problem and patched my roof and the cost was very reasonable. These are good honest people to deal with. Sandy is also the best in the office.

This company is the best! They installed my roof over 20 years ago. The gentleman who came over today to do an inspection repaired the roof where some shingles were missing or buckling and also repaired some issues with the gutters - free of charge! They are scrupulously honest and provide an excellent service and product. I would highly recommend this roofing company!!

Called yesterday about a minor repair required for a roof they installed ten years ago. Today Mike came out and exceeded my expectations considerably. He made the minor repair, inspected the entire roof, hammered in a few nails here and …

Had siding come off in a wind storm and thought it would need to be completely replaced. Havertown Roofing saved me thousands by just putting it back up and not overcharging me or recommending that all of my siding be replaced.

I spotted Mike of Havertown Roofing & Siding at our neighbors house this morning. I called over to him to inquire about checking on a section of our gutters that seemed clogged. As soon as Mike finished up what he was doing across the street for our neighbor he came over and got right to work clearing debris from all of our gutters. He also made sure the gutters were pitched correctly and even re-secured some loose sections. Mike was kind, courteous and extremely efficient. I truly appreciated the care he took in ensuring all the debris he removed from our gutters was blown off our deck and surrounding walkways. We were so impressed with Havertown Roofing & Siding we are inquiring about gutter guards. 10/10 on quality & service.

We had our vinyl siding replaced and the result is absolutely beautiful. The detailed work on the flashing makes everything look modern and fresh. They were reliable, responsive, pricing was fair and did an excellent job with clean up when the siding was completed. I would highly recommend Havertown Roofing and Siding.

Two neighbors recommended Havertown Roofing and Siding and now I know why. They just cleared the j-channels on my siding and fixed my flat roof which is in great condition. Honest and affordable. Highly recommend.

Havertown roofing was great to work with! We had a leak above one of our windows. They were able to quickly discover that it was due to some loose siding. They went above and beyond and also fixed some flashing issues for us. Would definitely recommend.

Put down a new silvercoating (silicone) on our flat roof eight years ago, and then honored the 10 year warranty earlier this summer when we had a couple of patches that needed to be sealed (because of standing water). After only one phone call, they were out to fix it a couple of weeks later. With no charge. Highly recommend.

Service was great. It was refreshing to have a company come out with the intention of up selling. Not only did they locate and fix the leak in the roof, but also did a quick fix around the chimney as well. Highly recommend!
