  Salesman unable to read the sign of No Soliciting. Woke up the baby and pregnant wife. How can a company respect the client if they can't respect a sign saying we don't want to be bothered or understand two simple words. And then he continued to peddle his services after I pointed out the sign. Very aggravating.

  We thank you for the review as we look to always make improvements as a company but our new techs did make errors, once you notified Halo about the issue, we acted on the issue as a company should and resolved the issue to your satisfactory and you have yet to update as you said you would.   Came to my door telling me they can submit for me to have new siding from storm damage. A week later after they missed the first 2 scheduled times they were going to come look at my house and me calling them to see what is going on I am told oh we don't do storm damage claims on siding, only as part of a Roof job. Thanks for wasting my time chasing you down multiple times to get told that you can't deliver what you said you could from the start.

  Sales person disregarded the giant red 'NO SOLICITATION' sign to knock on our door offering a consultation. Did not have a solicitors license. Soliciting without one is a misdemeanor aside from Halo disregarding our giant sign. I wouldn't do business with a company that has so little regard for their potential customers.

  Im sorry you were so offended to write a 1 star review. First off it was dark and very cold that evening and he may have just not seen it, you could have called into the office and we would have advised our marketer to be more aware of homes like yours with your sign. The marketer is trying to make a living in these tough times. We have helped 1000s of clients that were happy someone offered our services.

  Halo's team did a marvelous job at replacing our entire roof. Martin, Marvin, and other team members are genuine and dedicated, which my family is grateful for. Communication was great as they guided us on the entire process and they even came back multiple times to put a tarp on our roof to protect it during the rain and taking it off for inspectors. I would highly recommend them to others just as they were recommended to me. Thanks Halo!

  In my decades as a homeowner, I've done dozens of repairs and remodels and my experience with Halo was the best of all of them! Their rep. Martin Kirkland was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and concerns. In a previous life I was a consumer fraud investigator, so am VERY careful. He made sure I understood everything about the process, but pretty much took care of everything for me. He handled all the negotiation with the insurance company (shout out here to Travelers who were very decent) and provided documentation of all charges. The work was scheduled and completed quickly, while in the dead of winter, and they left no debris behind. My only upfront cost was the down payment from the insurance company. The balance paid only when the work was entirely completed. When an antennae was accidentally removed, Halo cheerfully replaced and installed it at their expense. This is the company you always wanted to work with, but didn't really believe existed. It does, and it's Halo. They richly deserve their name!

  We had a great experience working with Halo. Replacing our roof was new for us. It was a large project that included not just the roof and gutters but also replacing skylights and repairing sidings, window screens, and others. David (Halo owner) guided us through the process with details and delivered quality. Halo’s crew was professional and efficient. They performed well and cleaned every day to minimize the impact on our lives. We highly recommend Halo and David for their great work.
