  The roof, installed in 2020, has leaked regularly every year since, causing damage to the building. DBL has never properly fixed the problem. If I had to do it again, I would hire a more reliable company that can install a roof correctly so that it doesn't leak inside.

  Hello, I would like to remind you that the contract signed in 2020 still has an outstanding balance of $6,845.25. Despite our efforts with Alliance Credit in 2021, the bailiff has never been able to locate you. Unfortunately, the application of the labor warranty is conditional upon full payment for the work. Therefore, we propose the following steps: Full payment of the outstanding balance; Inspection of the roof by our team; Analysis of the situation to determine if the problem is covered by the warranty. If the issue is covered by the warranty, the necessary repairs will be carried out. Otherwise, an estimate for the work will be provided. We remain available to plan the next steps upon receipt of payment. Sincerely,

  Groupe DBL Inc. has a competent, meticulous, and friendly team. The workers are dedicated to their work. My house's roof was covered with a very high-quality Soprema membrane.

  I wholeheartedly recommend this company, with whom I've been working for two years on interior renovations in my home (bathrooms, room reconfiguration).
