  I have waited 2 weeks and the contractor to say I canceled on him when clearly in all the messages we had never once did I say not to come. Bad business don't schedule and then blame the customer. Very disappointed. I contacted another company and they are coming out today to do the estimate and possibly the repairs due to me waiting on this company.

  I called and scheduled for a roofer to come out when we noted a leak. Since I knew my husband and I would be working I asked if someone would need to be home. I was told no. Someone came out to the home Wednesday but refused to look at the roof stating someone had to be home. I scheduled a visit 2 days later at 2:30 and took a day off work and waited all day after speaking on the phone with them 3x to confirm they were coming only to get a phone call saying they would not come because they don’t work after 5 and it was 4:20. I called upset and spoke with the manager who apologized and said no one needed to be home and we would get it looked at Monday first thing. Monday morning someone came to look at the roof but called and said why isn’t anyone home. We called back the manager and discussed again who called the employee and asked them to look at the roof. The roof inspector said because it had rained recently he would be unable to get up on or look at the roof today. I have tried to call back and left multiple messages with the office who has not returned any calls for over a week. Overall very unprofessional service. Would give negative stars if I could. Would never recommend.

  Called on 4/5/17...back again on 4/24, said they'd get someone out and call me back. Called back again on 4/28, said they'd try and get someone out to look at it, but it would be a month before they could to it. Why didn't they tell me that on 4/5? If you can't do it, just tell me in the first place.

  Grier Roofing installed our roof 10 years ago. It was seamless. Our house is for sale & the buyers did an inspection last week and found some issues due to wear & tear. I left a message Sunday evening at Grier Roofing. Barry called me first thing Monday morning & Joaquin inspected the roof Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning, Joaquin completed the repairs and documentation for the real estate transaction ( with before & after pics). Both Barry & Joaquin were so helpful. I appreciate them so very much!!!!! Thank you Grier Roofing! You have great employees.

  They did a great job recently roofing my mothers house. They were extremely nice and dealt with her insurance company. Jeff and Cody were particularly wonderful to work with.

  I can’t say enough about the professionalism Grier Roofing’s Jeff James provided me when Chris sent him to check my roof after the hurricane. His expertise made me feel so much better. The roof Grier had put on 2 years ago held up perfectly during the storm, but Jeff made sure the chimney was extra sealed. I am just so grateful for the service I received from this awesome company.

  Joaquin is Grier Roofing’s best asset! He knows what he’s doing and he’s a straight shooter about what’s wrong or not wrong and showing pictures. Also gave me options saying why I’m hearing some noise from the roof in the wind but confirming it won’t lead to a leak and don’t really need to do anything about it. He could have gotten $ out of me but he’s honest and I very much appreciate that. That’s why I call Grier for all my roofing needs. Thank you Joaquin!

  I got quotes for my client from 4 of the top roofers in the area with five star reviews for their house and pool house. Grier Roofing came in just under $12,000 LESS than the other two quotes, which seemed too much of a difference. After a thorough comparison of materials, services, method of installation and cleanup, I accepted their bid. Not only were they lower, they even found the high definition shingles, in the exact color, that the owner wanted. The other two roofers said "they were not available, and wouldn't be for at least six months. I know this to be true as I called the manufacturer to find out when they would be available". My Grier sales rep found just enough of them in one of their warehouses to do the job. That was beyond my expectation! I observed them each day they were on the job, took a lot of photos. They finished and cleaned up a half day ahead of schedule. The roof looks great and the owner is very satisfied. This will be the roofing company I will be recommending to all of my clients.

  I called Grier Roofing after others did not respond. They promised a service man at a specific time would come out and he did. Jeff James of Grier Roofing was timely, professional, and skilled with many years of service in the roofing business. He had our roof repairs done quickly and efficiently. This is our second residence where we have used them. I highly recommend Jeff and Grier Roofing. Call them and you will be glad you did.
