  Green Knight installed a small metal roof for me a few years ago. It's leaking. I have called twice this past week and chatted online once. All 3 times, I was promised someone would call me back. No one has bothered to call me. Unbelievable! Beware!

  At Green Knight® Metal Roofing we are very self-critical and always looking to improve. We take all feedback seriously. In this case, we believe there are “two sides of the story.” We will not go into all the details but the reviewer’s caution to “Beware” is extreme. We would encourage anybody reading this review to also look at the 100+ five star ratings from very happy customers who cite our outstanding service and quality of product. Consider also that we have received awards for our excellent work, including from the Metal Roofing Alliance and the Metal Construction Association. Our work has been featured in Metal Roofing Magazine in “Project of the Month” articles no less than 5 times. Finally, please find out for yourself and call our office. We are by no means perfect, but we are always striving toward improvement.

  Turns out they do not have enough people to service roof repairs. Called for an estimate 2 weeks ago and no one has shown up or called. So I called them back to see if and when they would show. The answer was I don't know when.....so from the property owners view.....not a vendor I will do business with.

  Unfortunately, due to recent storms, we were inundated with calls for both new metal roofs and repairs to existing metal roofs. That said, we clearly did a poor job with our communication. We should have better explained the delays, or potential delays, so that expectations would have been more clear. We are always looking to improve and we appreciate all feedback, as it does help us to review our systems and failures, so that we can do better going forward. Thank you for taking the time to inform us of this deficiency.

  I looked on Angie's list for a metal roof company. They promptly called and showed up to measure and quote the roof. They measured the roof and quoted it. We decided that we should get a second quote, with the cost. The competitor came in 2k lower, but with all the reviews and the meeting with Green knight, we decided the additional cost was worth using them. They came back a 2nd time to pick colors and do an "exact" measurement so they could order materials and collect a deposit. We picked a color and told them to put us on the schedule. About 30 minutes later, Mark our salesperson, came back and said he could not honor the price he quoted. He said his first measurements (he measured it the first time too) were incorrect, so my price would jump from 25k to around 40k. Very disappointed.

First, I want to acknowledge that we did make a mistake during our initial measurements. I believe that Mark apologized for that mistake in person and I will reiterate that apology now. We understand why you would choose Green Knight Metal Roofing; we use only the highest quality materials and employ the finest craftsmen available, as such, most competitor quotes are not generally apples to apples. A Green Knight Metal Roof would look beautiful on your sprawling ranch property. We strive to treat every customer fairly. To that end, we have established fixed and fair pricing based on the size and complexity of each home. We use satellite technology to measure each home. Unfortunately, in this case, due to the foliage on your property the satellite measurements were not available. Mark originally met with you on May 31, 2019. Mark measured your roof at approximately 3900 SF but was unsure of his measurements at that time. Mark extended you a price based on the faulty measurements. Mark met with you on 08/01/19 when he remeasured the property (including 3 additional structures you added since the original meeting). Upon re-measuring, the total area to be roofed including the additional structures added up to approximately 6000 SF. This confirmed his earlier suspicion that he made a mistake in his earlier measurements. Mark apologized to you for his mistake. You asked him to honor the original price. Mark then called his manager and explained the situation. While we could not honor the pricing of the severely mis-measured roof, we acknowledged the error and we extended an offer which reflected a deep discount to complete the project for the actual amount of roof that you have.   Green Knight's metal roof installation experience was great from cost estimation to final install. The workman are extremely professional, and the product used is the best quality. It not only maintains its fantastic appearance, but I've had no issues with it, including withstanding all weather conditions. I've had the roof 4 years now with no problems whatsoever. And their pricing was the most reasonable for the highly rated product and professional, timely installation.

  Several years ago I had my tar shingle roof replaced with metal. So when I needed new siding I called up Green Knight again to come and do the work. I could not be a more satisfied customer. My house is a fortress against the elements and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

  We have been thrilled with the overall Green Knight experience. Their educational sales presentation is extremely professional and taught us a lot about the benefits of Metal Roofing. Installation team was top notch. I was amazed at how clean they kept the yard. We love our new metal roof!

  What an amazing product! What a great team! David and Green Knight Metal Roofing are 'above' bar. Their customer service is supreme with professional and immediate attention and turnaround and the end product is gorgeous... not to mention, long-lasting.   We decided to replace a traditional asphalt roof with a metal roof as part of installing a whole house water catchment system to have the purest water possible. Joel Kenty, owner of Green Knight Metal Roofing, evaluated our roofing needs and provided us with an excellent choice for our new metal roof. We chose Green Knight over several other roofers based on quality of work and excellent reviews of previous jobs. We love the color and waffled look of our new metal roof. The dedicated, professional crew (not outsourced or temp workers but full time Green Knight crew)were systematic and efficient at removing our shingled roof and installing the metal roof which took a little under 10 days. Joel checked on progress of work almost every day and kept us informed of every detail. We highly recommend Joel Kenty and Green Knight Metal Roofing.

  I have been doing business with Green Knight since 2021, when we decided to switch from asphalt shingles to a metal roof. Best decision ever. This year we decided to screen in our existing patio and I wanted my contractor to tie into the existing roof. So Steven Smith who is with Green Knight came to my home and removed the panels so that my contractor could do just that. With his expertise he coordinated the removal and reinstallation of the new roof . After that was done I had some extra panels left over. I was able to have my shed covered as well. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and workman ship that Green Knight has provided.

  We started a very lengthy roof estimate process for a metal roof on our home. These guys are the real deal, they are uniquely equipped in the metal roofing biz because it's all they do. Brett came out and answered every question we had, stayed longer to show us project photos and color samples, very nice person and very knowledgeable. They do something different than most companies, they will provide their estimate on the spot which will save you time and allow you to customize your quote in real-time. If you are rabbit-holing on metal roofing, talk to these guys, they can be as technical as you'd like them to be. They are using the best materials and you wont be disappointed.
