They put a roof on my apartment complex. They left nails and screws all over. They were very inconsiderate, dropping n throwing tools. Knocked my light fixture off my ceiling. Was told they'd come back and fix. They never did. My husband had to fix. On top of all that. They used our dumpster area as a restroom. Now it's covered in urine. As well as blocked us from entering our complex and our carports and made us wait a while before they would move there truck. They also used my electricity for my apartment with out asking. So it's going to cost me money for them to do there job. Another thing is they didn't put an important part on our gutter system , as a result my wall filled with water from the rain n carpet soaked. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is the roofing company to use. I had many estimates written but this contractor listened carefully to my concerns and requests for additional work including new down spouts, replacement of skylights, repair of rotted facia and upgraded materials. Where were no short cuts and no surprises. He asked questions and gave options. The jobsite was cleaned at the end of everyday, crew came on time and worked till dark. I was very very happy with this company. This was a touchdown type roof.

I was first introduced to Gramajo Roofing this past spring through a carpenter who I worked with to get some wood repairs done to our 2-story 2150 sqft house on the border of the city of Sonoma. I had had interactions with a couple of local …

This crew is amazing! They worked through some serious heat and still did a super job. I needed a completely new roof and new gutters and I got them. I'll go with a local owned team (hats off to Isaias!) every time – the large roofing companies can not come close to the work quality, speed, and price of a lean, mean, local machine! The Gramajo Team gets my highest recommendation.

I am so happy that I hired this company. They did a fantastic job and explained so many helpful things to me. The price was reasonable and they went way above and beyond. I will always use them in the future.!

Gramajo Roofing replaced my roof and installed new gutters and gutter screens. They did excellent work at a fair price! I highly recommend Isaias, the owner, and his crew. They were professional, used quality materials, completed the work in a timely manner, and took good care of the property. Wonderful experience working with Isaias!
