I called Mr. Fernando the owner of Good Work Roofing through a reference. He was detailed about what needed to be done and was clear about expectations with the insurance and repair; as this was my first claim for roofing. Everything went like it was told to me by Mr. Fernando. Throughout the job he let me see the progress with his drone, texting videos and pictures. The roof looks great now it is done. Also note that the workers were great and greeted me when I walked up to the job. Thanks
