  Well, Jordan came by and knocked on my door. He says he wanted to perform a free inspection to the roof. After talking for a few minutes, I decided, why not. Of course, what can it hurt? After a few minutes, it's almost the worse hail damage ever, from a storm last May. "Definitely hail damage" he said to me. So, he talked me into submitting a claim to my insurance company. We set a date (today) for the adjuster to come out. Jordan assured he'd be here for the meeting, and surprisingly, Jordan was a no show. The adjuster and their roofer inspected my roof, to find no hail damage. Now I have a claim on my record, and will lose my "no claims discount " thanks Gold medal Roofing, I really appreciate that! I did send Jordan a message this morning, and shocker, just crickets. This company is a scam. Do not let them talk you into getting on your roof!!! You'll be sorry you did. Sum it up, no hail damage, no show, and now my insurance is higher. Lesson learned. What a dishonest, and greedy company.

  1 start because 0 start not an option. Mark and Brian came over a few months ago. A part off flash covering had fallen off which was the reason for the original call. Right from beginning Mark wanted to sell us on a product to prolong the life of the roof as we had "hail damage" which brought up the question on our end then why not go through the insurance company for a new roof. Long story short 3 months later there was no hail damage on field adjuster assessment and we never heard from Mark or Brian again and the original issue which we called them for was never addressed... waste of time.

  Update: Charles H. called me and told me Dylan no longer works for the company. I confirmed with him he was calling in response to my review. I will update as this progresses. Dylan came knocking on my door doing a knock and talk. After my better judgement he talked me into letting him on the roof. He assured me there was damage there and my insurance would have no problem covering it. Well insurance came out and said there was no damage and no claim. Dylan was great at first but has since been unresponsive. I don’t know the quality of their work but if they come knocking, I wouldn’t recommend you let them talk you into anything. If there really was damage like Dylan said then he wouldn’t have gone dark and helped with the claim.

Any delays that occurred throughout the project were completely unrelated to Gold Medal Roofing and were solely due to my mortgage company. Even during those delays, their team remained patient, communicative, and supportive. There were no high-pressure sales tactics—just honest conversations, expert guidance, and a genuine commitment to helping me make the best choice for my home.
