Thanks to Josh at Gold Key Roofing, I was able to get a new roof. He found evidence of hailstorm damage but my insurance company denied it. Josh put me in touch with an independent insurance adjuster who confirmed the damage. It was a process (8 months to be exact) but eventually the insurance company did pay for it. If it wasn't for Josh, I wouldn't have a new roof and I am very happy with it. He is very friendly and professional and always takes the time to explain everything.

This is so awesome to hear! I know sometimes it could be a difficult process and very stressful — we’re just happy that we were able to help out. We’ve been in business since 1975 so we have seen the industry go through changes and understand it all. We are always here if you need us. Enjoy your roof.

Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. They handled everything including submitting the paperwork to get approval from the homeowners association. I had received 3 quotes from roofing companies in the area and Gold Key Roofing was very competitive and had the best warranty. They were on time and on budget and did a great job. I would highly recommend Gold Key Roofing.

Such a smooth process. Amazing customer service. Got detailed inspections, quotes and pricing. They were able to get roof replaced expertly and in a rush situation. Once permitted was completed in two days including cleanup and magnet sweeps by the crew. Did a followup cleanup and magnet sweep the day after as well. Certification, wind mitigation report, manufacturer and workmanship warranties included. Our roof looks great!

My experience having contracted with Gold Key was extremely positive!! I enjoyed the benefit of working directly with Josh Newman, who besides being very customer focused, personable, and product knowlegeable, his influence made for a very pleasant customer experience and positive outcome! The finished product was outstanding, and the price competitive! Also, I need to recognize Shawn Schweikart ( leadership) for his oversight throughout the installation. I would give Gold Key serious consideration when selecting a roofing vendor!!

Had a few areas that had not been done properly during my 2018 reroof. Got in touch With Gold Key to correct the situation. They provided an estimate and scheduled the visit. Showed up on time and prepared to complete the job. Everything went as well as expected. Not the usual outcome here in central Florida. No shows and shoddy work is unfortunately the norm here. It was a pleasure to work with Gold Key!

We received a referral to Gold Key Roofing, and the quality of service began with the prompt call to come out for a roof inspection. The superior roof is shadowed only by the incredible service by Josh and then by the owner Sean. Minor issues with a skylight were resolved at an unexpected level. I will recommend them to everyone I know without reservation. Great job, guys!
