I appreciate you taking the time to write this, William Gifford; we're glad our crew was fast, professional, and left the site clean. I'm sorry the shingles that arrived look gray instead of the tan you selected and that our project manager's response about color felt dismissive. We appreciate the photos and will review them with our supply manager and project manager to determine whether a mismatch occurred during the roof replacement and to prevent similar issues.

Global Roofing out of Rhode Island is the top Roofing company in the northeast area in my opinion from the inspection all the way through installation the process was explained any questions were answered and I must say the installers management are top-notch. If you need a roof I highly recommend Global Roofing they offer a 50 year warranty on the product and 20 years workmanship, which is one of the best warranties that I have seen.

The experience from start to finish could not have been better. They identified problem areas that other roofers had missed and as such we didn’t have a “surprise” additional cost at the end. The team that came to the work was kind, respectful, and the clean-up was amazing. Start to finish, we couldn’t be happier.

We hired Global Roofing for a full commercial roof replacement at our hotel property in Hampton Beach, NH and couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. When the wind first took off our roof, Fredy was immediately responsive and sent a crew out right away to secure and protect the property. The very next day he came out personally to assess the damage and provide a quote. From there, Fredy and his team were professional, efficient, and completed the full replacement on time — no small feat on a commercial project of this scale. The crew kept the property clean throughout the entire process, which is critical when you're operating an occupied hotel. Highly recommend Global Roofing for any commercial roofing project in New England.
