  I’ve been calling the last month and no one answers the phone. Left voicemails and completed form online to get an estimate.

  This is the owner of the company. There are NO missed calls, voice messages and/or online requests for an estimate from you. You have either reviewed the wrong company or are a fake acct posting a 1-star review. If you are a real person then call 404-841-8270 and ask to speak with Jeff. No customer is ever turned down. Your business review has been reported to Google for removal and fake spam acct.

  Greg Smolen, I personally contacted you multiple times by phone and email since you posted your review. You also, claim in your review that you had "left the office a message", that is not true, all re-schedule appt calls are returned same-day. When I did speak to you to set up a re-schedule time / date, you said "you already had the work completed". Due to "Hurricane Sally" all appts were re-scheduled and prioritized base off of emergency services. You had reported a "small squirrel hole" the size of a golf ball in your soffit. In my email to you, we had extended our apologies as well as offered to make it up to you. You have not replied back or called the office since. I guess GA Roofing & Repair got "Ghosted" by you. In the future, I hope you understand the importance of Supporting Local Businesses in your community that are doing the best they can through these difficult times. Negative 1-Star Reviews should be reserved for "Poor Workmanship"!

  Worst crooks in the roofing business. Came to my house and charged over a 1000 dollars to not fix my leaking roof. In fact all they did was caulk some cracks and change a roll and a half of roofing shingles. Please don’t waste your money or energy with anyone at this company. Jeff the owner is a crook and a sorry excuse for a human being. I had to call them back out three times and my roof is still leaking from the same exact spot all three times. I had three other roofing experts come out as of two days ago and they all stated that the workmanship was poor and sloppy and should have never been done in the first place. All these guys are good at is wording small work to sound expensive and disappearing.

  False and fake review. Bryant, your chimney failing is not because of the contract roof repair work we completed over a year ago. It's due to you not maintaining your home properly and keeping up with your painting and allowing your chimney siding to completely rot out in the photos you were provided. Best of luck.

  These guys were awesome saw what needed fixed gave me a quote and fixed it. Nothing like all the other scammers I called that kept finding different things to tell me supposedly needed repair. Honest, good work. They're my go to from now on
