This is the second review because apparently my first is not showing or was removed. We wanted a quote. Whomever chose Gus did a very poor job. He was extremely rude. Left before the homeowner showed up after coming an hour earlier than the scheduled time. Extremely unprofessional.

Tina, we’re sorry that your experience left you feeling this way. Arriving significantly earlier than the scheduled appointment and leaving before the homeowner arrived is not the experience we want to provide. We also take your concerns about the interaction seriously and appreciate you bringing them to our attention.

With a busy life, this company will not work with you if you're married and one person can not agree to make it for the full time. I kept telling the woman over the phone but she will not hear any of it. I will share the audio recording and tell all not to go to you guys. Horrible This is for the gator roofing in Wilmington,Nc

Anthony, we’re sorry the appointment process was frustrating. We ask that both homeowners be present so we can answer everyone’s questions at the same time, avoid unnecessary return visits, and help keep our costs down. We understand that scheduling can be difficult and apologize if that policy was not explained to you clearly or respectfully.

I think the total time from talking with the sales rep to completion was 2 weeks and even then it wasn’t that long. They all were polite, professional and quick. Completing the house and my detach garage in a day and a half. I couldn’t be happier with them.

We have been completely satisfied with our new metal roof from Gator. Prior to installation, we experienced leaks with every heavy downpour. This has not happened once since! Gator installed the roof on a weekend we happened to be away, and …

From sales to installation it was a seamless process. Within 2 weeks of the initial visit was installed professionally and done. We had many companies to choose from but chose Gator Metal Roofing for the price (was not the cheapest nor the most expensive) and the lifetime warranty. Thank you Gator!
