Recently I had some damage done to my flat too and I called Garcia Roofing and requested a quote. Brenden called me within 24 hours and sent out Matt to do the quote. He took his time to do an extensive inspection and then explained to me what needed to be done to restore the roof to its former condition. In addition to the explanation Matt showed me the materials he would use to complete the roof repair. The damage needing attention included repairing a four foot tear with a cover strip membrane, replace the metal flashing around the perimeter of the roof where necessary, and install a cover strip around the entire perimeter of the roof. Before doing the repairs, they made sure to remove any dirt, debris and contaminants that would inhibit the adhesion of the sealant to the metal flashing and new membrane. Within four days of receiving the quote and accepting it, a crew consisting of Matt and Chris arrived and began the repairs. They were very courteous and explained the process in detail as they worked.Once the work was completed, Matt presented me with a series of photos showing before and after pictures of the work done. I was very impressed with the job they did and would recommend Garcia Roofing to anyone needing or contemplating roof repairs. Thank you Brennen for setting everything up.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about Garcia Roofing. They went above and beyond for my sister, a single mom who is currently battling cancer. When they heard about her situation, they generously offered to do her entire roof for free. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism brought our whole family to tears. Not only did they provide incredible work, but they gave us hope during a really hard time. We are forever grateful. This is a company with true heart. Thank you, Garcia Roofing — you made a difference that we’ll never forget. 💛

New post: Commercial Flat Roof Repair vs Replacement in Ontario: How to Know What Your Building Needs - A leaking commercial roof does not automatically need to be replaced. That may sound obvious, but once water starts appearing inside a building, it is easy for the conversation to jump immediately from “we have a leak” to “how much is a new roof going to cost?” In many cases, a targeted repair is exactly what the roof needs. A damaged flashing detail, punctured membrane, blocked drain, or failed seam can often be corrected without disturbing the rest of a roofing system that may still have years of useful service left. There is a point, however, when repeatedly repairing an aging roof stops making financial sense. The difficult part for a property owner is figuring out where that line is. A good roofing assessment should answer more than whether a roof _can_ be repaired. It should help determine whether repairing it is still the best use of your money. For commercial property owners, builders, and facility managers, that distinction matters. Roof replacement is a significant capital expense, but so is spending thousands of dollars every year repairing a roofing system that is steadily approaching the end of its service life. The goal should be to make that decision based on the condition of the roof, not simply on the presence of a leak. A ROOF LEAK AND A ROOF FAILURE ARE NOT THE SAME THING Water inside the building is usually the symptom that gets everyone’s att...7 days ago
