The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Friendly Neighbor Roof and Restoration. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Joseph Goggan did and excellent job on our roof and is very much the perfectionist. Very caring, hardworking young man.

Going to give this review based on professionalism and honesty. Joseph came out and looked at our roof. He did not joke around or make this bigger than needed, if anything me talking probably drove him crazy. But he was very straightforward and not out to hurt or get one up. He could have told us a ton of things wrong but he didn't. We are going to go through a few options and if or when needed call him back to take care of our roof. Honestly, professionalism, and a handshake go a long way not a lot of that now a days.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Friendly Neighbor Roof and Restoration. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
