Freedom Roofing and Windows

The only one or two-star review we hold for Freedom Roofing and Windows.

I posted in my town's facebook site looking for recommendations for replacing 2 windows. Freedom quickly provided their contact information. We had them come out, they gave an estimate, we accepted it - all very quick and easy. Scheduled a time for them to come back out to pick up the deposit and do measurements - they never showed or called. We called, had to reschedule. Guess what?! They never showed or called a second time. We called again - never heard back. If it's this hard to give a deposit, I can't imagine how hard it is to get the work done. Anyway, we've gone elsewhere (Messare Windows & Doors). Thanks :-)

Matt from Freedom Roofing was terrific, promptly responded to concerns and questions, from beginning to end. His team was respectful, kept the area clean, and the roof looks terrific! The new power vents have cooled off the attic nicely. Highly recommend.

Our roof came out great! Mike Whaley did an awesome job and was super easy to work with. He even suggested switching our drip edge to black, which ended up looking so much better. I’d highly recommend the guys from Freedom Roofing if you’re looking for someone you can trust — really solid experience all around.

After a big snow storm I could hear a leak behind my wall and Freedom was at my house within an hour to diagnose and showed up first thing the next day to fix it. The professionalism and timely service was very refreshing when dealing with a stressful situation! Thank you again!

Freedom Roofing and Windows is the best! They're professional, go out of their way to accommodate your needs, prompt, have a very hard working team and they're super easy to work with. They replaced my porch roof due to ice damage and removed a skylight for me that was more work for them but it was causing additional damage. My neighbor was so impressed with their work and reasonable pricing that he hired them to replace his entire roof. A huge thanks to Norm (owner), Mike (sales exec), Jake (lead person for team) and the rest of your hard working team for a job done to perfection! I'll be hiring you when my remaining roof needs replacement. I think my neighborhood will also!

Called with ice dams leaking into front door, they came the next morning, immediately took care of the problem, even followed up with second visit for more ice removal. Reasonable, professional, would use again. Highly recommend. Just used freedom again for windows. Five star product and service. thanks again.
