  Do not use these people. This company did a roof repair for my elderly mom and sister in North Little Rock. They reinstalled the hot water tank flue upside down allowing water damage to the ceiling above the tank. They came back, admitted …

We encourage you to contact our office at (501) 834-9602 to provide the necessary details so we can further review this matter. If our company did handle this project, we will of course honor our policy to complete all work to a customer’s satisfaction. Otherwise, we feel this review was 1) either mistakenly left for us given our primary focus is on commercial roofing, or 2) left for some other nefarious reason.

  Never finished the work nor sent a completed bill. They said they were going to to deal with my insurance for the payment. I get a threat in the mail by a law firm stating to pay the full amount according to contract in 7 days. You didn't even finish the work! Use at your own risk. I hope I can finally get in touch with them to clear up their lack of communication.

  I strongly recommend Fraley Roofing. Everyone we dealt with from the beginning to the end of the project was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The roofing crew was great.   Fraley's meticulous and impeccable work, and work ethic, was evident from the beginning. After visiting the job site, the detailed written proposal included: the sequential step-by-step process and procedure; list of materials to be used; beginning and end dates; and the invoice amount. Most of the work was done inside working around (1) a chandelier, (2) a 22ft ceiling, (3) hardwood floors and stairs; and (4) a large area rug. Finishing the inside work required blending the large areas of new sheetrock and matching the existing ceiling paint; thus, avoiding repainting the entire ceiling. The outside work repaired and painted parts of an elevated soffit area. All work (inside and out) was done to perfection. The crew performed their work with care and diligence. The cleanup at the end of each day was flawless. The finished product (work) was also flawless and very much appreciated.

  We are not a roofing company so when we need any kind of roofing done we know who we are going to call. That’s Fraley roofing. They are the company you call when you don’t want or can’t stand over the job to make sure it’s done right. They come in and fix whatever we need done. What a great company.

  I had a fantastic experience again working with Fraley Roofing. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and provided a fair, transparent estimate.   I’m enjoying the heck out of my deck! Fraley Roofing rebuilt my existing deck and added a second level that connects to my upstairs guest rooms. Ronnie and crew were fun to work with. Felt completely safe leaving my house while they continued to work.
