  Initial customer service was great but follow up was lacking. We had a full roof repair that took over 4 weeks to complete. Majority of our gutters are now scraped and dented, many plants are dead or damaged & we have spent the summer picking up nails and plastic. They did attempt to rectify the problems along the way, however at the end of the day, there are many damaged areas left over.

  Dear Tim, I’m truly sorry to see your one-star review. We worked hard to provide you with quality service and were disappointed to learn you felt this way. For clarification, we completed significant additional work beyond the original insurance-approved scope for which we have not yet been paid. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the outstanding balance of over $3,000, we were unable to reach an agreement. We remained willing to return and complete the remaining items once the balance was addressed. We pulled the permit with the City of Racine on your behalf, and at no point did we ever hear about any fines directed toward you. It’s important to note that the City does not fine homeowners for permitting issues — any late filing fees would be charged to the contractor. In this case, we were not charged any additional fees, and we maintain an excellent reputation with the Racine building inspectors. Throughout the project, we received no complaints regarding the quality of our workmanship. We understand how frustrating it can be when insurance reimbursement falls short of expectations. However, we are unable to absorb those costs on your behalf. We would still be happy to speak with you directly to resolve any outstanding issues. Please feel free to call us at your convenience.   Don’t trust these guys. Work and business practices are shady. I left a 1 star review when the work was completed but was told by the owner Joe that I had to take it down as a condition of his company coming back and fix their mistakes. I later watched as another 1 star review from a different customer was removed - assuming they were told the same thing. Makes you wonder how many. Guess that’s why they have such a good Google rating - it’s fake. The work they did for us was to re-side and install new flashing along 3 dormers. LEAKS at one of the corners. Called them back out and they did nothing. Had 3 other roofing companies come out and they all said it wasn’t done properly at that corner. Found out they just put a bunch of caulk in there. Not to mention the whole experience while they were doing the work was a nightmare. Kept coming back because they didn’t have enough material, installed the wrong colored shingles, etc. If I could do it over again I never would have hired these guys.

  I highly recommend four leaf for gutters and roofing work. They were very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. The quality of the work is excellent and they even came back again on their own when they noticed a part of the fascia that got loose from weather after it was installed.

  Worked with John to get roof repair damage completed. Was very professional and informative on the damage and was able to assess the roof and damage. Quick to respond and coordinate his crew to come replace the shingle damage. Would recommend!

  I cant say enough good things about Four Leaf Roofing and its owner Joseph O'Brien. My 30 year old roof finally sprang a leak after the last storm. I got a couple quotes from other local roofing companies that couldnt guarantee a date when work would commence, in addition to incredibly expensive quotes! And appointments were difficult to make in a timely manner with them. Terrible customer service. The last company on my list was Four Leaf. I contacted them explaining my roof couldn't take another storm. The owner Joe, contacted me that day & within days was over looking at my roof. Immediately I felt confident he wanted to help me out. I gave him some Flex Seal and he was happy to put it around the leaks as a temporary patch until I chose a company. As he left, he promised, that if I went with Four Leaf, he would have a crew out within a month, by the end of May by the latest. I received a quote within an hour of Joe leaving my house. To my surprise it was quite a lot lower than the other companies. I went with Four Leaf immediately. Within TWO weeks the roofing materials were delivered to my home and the following day the crew was replacing the roof. Four Leaf got to me TWO WEEKS earlier than promised and before the next storm which happened to be coming through mere hours after the roof was replaced! Several days after the roof was done the Four Leaf office made an appointment with me for Joe the owner to stop by. He follows up in person with the customer to make sure they're completely satisfied. Which I was! The contract, appointments, payments made, were all confirmed by email in a timely manner. Great communication with the customer. So, if you're looking for an honest business owner that runs a company based on great workmanship and great prices with hard working employees look no further than Four Leaf Roofing & Windows owned by Joseph O'Brien. You'll be glad you found him as I was!

  I really appreciate Kevin and Joe making sure everything got done right. The team did a great job! Got the roof, fascia, and gutters done and each crew got their part done in a single day. We will definitely be reaching out again when the time comes to do the siding.

  Let’s be realistic- we see our roof every day but a layman homeowner doesn’t understand our roof. There is a tremendous amount of trust that you have to give to the company you choose to do your roof work and have to hope for the best. Joe didn’t use scare tactics, outright upselling or high pressure sales to sell me on a roof. He spent time explaining what was wrong with my current roof, what was worth investing my money in and what wasn’t for my homes needs. 10/10 experience. Truly appreciate the time and advice he shared.

  Four Leaf Roofing did an amazing job. They were professional, did the job quickly without compromising quality work, great price, and Joe was always available for any questions. They had done a repair job last winter when the roof started leaking. He had a team out there overnight to fix it, buying me time to replace it in spring. I would highly recommend him and his team!

  I live in the Wauwatosa area and am having my roof replaced on a 2 Bed - 1 Bath house (my first house and first roof purchase). Russ and Four Leaf Roofing were the easiest decision to go with. I had multiple company’s/contractors come out and bid really high prices and a bunch of add ons for fees, but Russ came out and gave an in depth comprehensive explanation from my attic on what I needed for the job and how to keep it in a reasonable budget. Their bid was the most competitive and they were super easy going - not hunting down a contract or downpayment like others. They actually ended up finding an issue with my chimney and helped refer me to a reputable mason to repair that and schedule alongside. These are the people you want working on your house! Very transparent and easy to work with on a big purchase.
