We have been trying to reach them for over a week. Why are you not returning your customer's calls. We have a house with no roof. Where are the tiles we have paid for?

Great experience. Best pricing. John was available whenever I had a question. Got the roof on during some pretty bad weather and follow-up was excellent. Highly recommend.

John Jackson Roofing Services is really the best "Service" I ever had. The company does excellent work and they have an outstanding customer service. I highly recommend for repairs or replacing an entire roof. They are all about he customer, they always try to help and do not charge until the problem is fixed. They did some repair work on our roof .........replaced some tiles and fixed a few areas around the roof vents. They came right over to inspect our roof after we called them. Very reliable. Provided an honest assessment of our roof.

A friend who is a home builder recommended JJRS. We had several other bids and their’s was not only the best price but the same product with the best warranty. John Alissi, Tori, and everyone are great. Don’t hesitate to use them!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Fort Myers Roofing Services. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
