We recently had our roof replaced, and the whole process from the first inspection to the final cleanup was excellent. derek came out to check the roof, explain the estimate, and answer our questions in a friendly and professional way. We were worried about an active leak that had started causing pest and wood damage in the attic, so we needed a roofing crew quickly. They listened, understood the urgency, and got the job scheduled fast. The crew arrived early in the morning right on time and worked hard through the day until the roofing job was completed. They removed the old shingles, addressed the problem areas, and left the property clean when they were done. The workmanship looks great, and the new roof has given us real peace of mind, especially with the strong sun, heat, and storms we get in Frisco. frederick followed up afterward to make sure everything looked good and that we were happy with the results. The pricing was also very fair, and i highly recommend this roofing company.

We needed new gutters because the drainage around our home was not working right, so we reached out for roofing and gutter help. Roger listened carefully to our concerns and quickly sent out his crew. The team was experienced, walked the property with us, and explained simple, effective solutions for the water runoff issues, including adding extra downspouts to improve drainage. The new gutters look great, and the biggest improvement is that we no longer have standing water near the foundation after rain. They also installed gutter guards, which has made upkeep much easier and helps keep the system flowing well in heavy storms and hot weather. The whole roofing and gutter team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. We would gladly recommend them and plan to use them again for future roofing and exterior projects.

They did an excellent job repairing the roof over my front porch, which had been causing several leaks during heavy rain. Even though it was a small roofing repair, they gave it the same care and attention as a full roof replacement. The …

I bought a home with a long-running leak in the flat roof above the paver patio deck. The previous owner had hired another roofer several times, but they could not track down the source or make a lasting repair. After that, I found Fonseca …

Frederick, the service writer, did an excellent job helping me work with my insurance company to replace my wind-damaged roof and repair the ceiling and wall areas affected by roof leaks. He clearly explained each step of the roofing process and all the paperwork that needed to be completed, which made everything much easier to understand. He was easy to reach by phone, text, or email and always responded quickly. The roofing crew was skilled, professional, and completed the work on time. They paid attention to detail, kept the job site organized, and made sure the roof repairs and interior damage fixes were done the right way. The other team members I worked with were also friendly and helpful throughout the project. I would definitely recommend this roofing company for roof replacement, leak repair, and insurance claim support.

We spoke with Derek about an ongoing roof leak and some gutter concerns. He came out the same day to inspect the roof, explain what was causing the problem, and walk us through the repair and replacement options in simple terms. He also provided both a partial roof repair estimate and a full roof replacement quote, which helped us make the best choice for our home in Frisco. After we decided to move forward with a full roof replacement, Derek stayed responsive, answered our questions quickly, and even showed us examples of similar roofing work his crew had completed. His team was professional, hardworking, and showed up exactly when scheduled. They finished the roofing project in just one day, and the workmanship looked solid and well done. We also noticed they took care of a loose fence post while they were there, even though we never asked. That small extra effort really showed they care about doing quality work and helping homeowners. The crew kept the job site very clean, cleared away debris, and made sure everything was picked up before leaving. We would absolutely recommend Derek and his team for roofing services and will use them again for any future roof or gutter needs.

Roger and Jackie were very professional, friendly, polite, and helpful with all of our roofing questions. They came back with shingle samples and clearly explained the differences in the roofing styles and materials so we could make the best choice for our home. They also kept us updated about the weather and gave us a clear timeline for when the roof work would begin. When the roofing crew arrived, the supervisor politely introduced himself along with the crew chief. Everyone on the team was courteous, said good morning, and got right to work unloading the truck, protecting the house, and covering the front entry and porch to keep everything clean during the roofing job. The whole crew worked hard and showed real care and skill throughout the project. The service was professional from start to finish, and the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a new roof installation.

My mom recently had a roof leak, and the roofing team responded very fast. Derek came out right away, explained the problem clearly, and was very patient and respectful with my mom, who is disabled. I really appreciated how kindly he treated her and how carefully he went over the repair options. Because it was an urgent roofing issue, they were able to get us scheduled within just a couple of days, which was a huge relief compared to other roofers with much longer wait times. During the whole process, Roger stayed in touch with both of us, sharing roof photos, updates on the leak damage, and details about any additional areas that needed attention. After the work was completed, Frederick followed up and reviewed everything that had been repaired, including the leak source, damaged roofing materials, and the final cleanup. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and easy to understand. We were very pleased with the communication, quick response, and quality roofing service, and we would highly recommend this company for roof repair.
