They did our estimate and we were working out the details or so I thought and they just dropped off what face of the earth and never responded back. Even if you can’t complete the job for whatever reason, very unprofessional to just never answer back.

Rick came over to give me an estimate on my roof. He was very professional, honest and nice. Unfortunately the price was too high for me but they will reach out to you on time and show up when needed. Thanks Rick

I met with Rick back in January to initially get a quote. I also received quotes from other roofers but Rick was the only one that would follow up and seemed interested. I signed the agreement in May to complete my roof replacement, fascia/soffit replacement, and gutters/downspouts. The crews were very good and courteous. We did have a small dent to our AC cover and Rick replaced it with no questions asked. The project just finished and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Rick was tremendous to work with and will use Five Star again in the future!

Amazing job with our remodel! We have worked with Jake for years and are absolutely thrilled with his new partnership with Five Star. Adam, Jim, and the crew did phenomenal work—they completely exceeded our expectations and were a true pleasure to have at the house during construction. Highly recommend!

Five Star just completed a Siding job on my 1890 Queen Ann Victorian Home. With the challenges of this style of home, they did a terrific job at a very reasonable price. Everyone was easy and pleasant to deal with. Many thanks to Brian and especially Sergio with his skills and how he paid special attention to details, which made such a difference in the outcome. I couldn't be happier.

From the first visit to get an estimate, Rick at Five Star Roofing was very professional. He answered all our questions before the roof replacement and was very respectful of the neighbors next door and their concerns. The crew that did the job were great. They did a fantastic job and left the area around the house cleaner than it was before they started. And of course, the new roof looks great! I recommend this company without reservations if you need a new roof.

Everyone is extremely friendly and most importantly our roof is gorgeous! They did a fantastic job! We got the ventilation system installed and can't wait to see the difference this winter. This crew did an amazing job, thanks again!

Rick was very helpful and patient while explaining the work to be done and helping me with my understanding insurance. He had a hardworking friendly crew that repaired the damage from a falling tree that left holes in the garage Roof and.damaged the gutter on the house. I was also impressed with the thorough clean-up when the job was completed.
