  Mr. Lengo, we did not do the insulation in this area and the drywall cracks were there before the roof installation. Patrick personally witnessed you walking on this insulation and now are trying to blame us for the damage. There is no platform to review customers so I guess this is it...don't work for this man! We have not heard from him in two years and now he is trying to harass us into getting free labor. The list of To-Dos that he thinks we would be liable for would be endless. Patrick IS a kind person but has a limit and will not be used.

  Kimberly, can you please reach out to us directly? I would love to have your address, I don't have a Kimberly in our recently completed jobs. Also, if we were all about the money wouldn't you have received a final bill without having to ask for it? This is the first I am hearing of an unhappy customer and we would have made an attempt to fix any errors in our work.

  Awful company ..never fixed roof , actually damaged it. Overcharged for the little work they did. I would stay away from this company!!!

  This customer changed their review of our work after trying to get our insurance company to pay for his replacement...he was perfectly happy until he couldnt get his own personal insurance to pay for the replacement and decided to try ours...he actually was happy enough to refer us to friends before this and probably legally needed to cover his tracks... here is our reply before he changed the review... "Thank you for the great review and referrals!! We can’t wait to work with you again!"

  According to reviews, they seem to do good work. The office staff was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, it quickly ended there. Patrick sent one text 30 min after our set appt telling me he’d be delayed a couple hours. I waited. Never heard from him or the company again. At least I hadn’t hired them yet.

  Michael, We are sorry this was your experience. In all honestly, no we aren’t perfect. We have some extremely busy days, Patrick most likely was caught up on a job and forgot to call you back. He would love a second chance but either way we wish you all the best.

  Had a great experience with Patrick and Nicole - quick response to my call and setting up an appointment to take a look at the work I needed done. The work was completed in a few hours, and looks fantastic! I will be using Fine Line Improvements again!

  We are sorry the work wasn't to your expectations. Patrick did go back after the crew to address your concerns and clean up. We don't feel like $1600 was overpriced to install corner posts on your entire house and save you from having to replace siding which would have been much more costly. Perhaps in the future we won't offer this as an option.

  Update: (Nov 2025) There was a small leak in the ceiling, I reached out to them and they came equipped, assessed the leak and found where it came from. They repaired the leak and patched the ceiling for no charge since the roof was still new at 4 years old. They also informed me that we need a new insulation to bring it to to code which is a nice recommendation. Glad to work with them again! (Original review below) (Sept 2021) They did a fantastic job! The quote included only 2 plywoods replacement, but they were open and warned me ahead of time that there are many more plywoods having to be replaced, so I wouldn't be caught off guard with increased cost, which I appreciate. When I noticed the debris falling into the attic space. I asked them to clean up and they gladly did! The debris also fell into the garage space and they cleaned up without me asking! The roofers accidently dropped a big piece of wood into the attic and caused a crack in the ceiling, I mentioned about it, and the supervisor repaired the ceiling himself, and even painted the whole ceiling, without extra cost! You cannot tell there was a hole in the ceiling anymore. They also replaced the full gutter system, and found a big rotten lumber caused by carpenter ants, they sprayed the nest and removed it. Installed the new lumber with no extra cost, which I truly appreciate about. After I did a walk-through myself, I mentioned a couple of things, like missing vent (mentioned in the contract), small daylight coming in the attic, etc. They came on last day to repair them without any complaints! They are a great team! Very friendly! I'm Deaf, so they are more than willing to use phone text as our primary method of communication so there was no communication barrier! The only downside is the cost, but their price is more reasonable than other companies, and they inform me in advance with increasing cost in the industry. I'd use this company again! Perhaps with new siding project!

  Patrick, Nicole, and their Fair Line roofing team are really great! They were very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. They are also detail-oriented and make it very easy for us to progress through the necessary steps, including financial aspect. Not only did they do a great job with the full roof replacement, they went above and beyond to do extra repairs (dent in driveway left behind by dumpster, and replacing gutter elbow). They are highly recommended!
