  Warning: this is not a local company and my experience in dealing with them feels like a scam. I called to schedule a roof repair on Monday. They would not schedule unless I pay a $100 inspection fee upfront. I paid the fee and was told a project manager would call me within hours, the latest next day to schedule an inspection. 4 days later, no calls. I called them back (an Arkansas number) and the lady on the phone showed no Interest in helping me nor any urgency to get the inspection scheduled. 👎

  I am deeply sorry that you had this experience with us. We are a local company and this business was founded in Millcreek in 2017 by Joseph Stephens (the owner). To be completely transparent, we have been experiencing some staffing issues. Due to an ongoing illness with one of our General Managers in Salt Lake City, we have been trying to juggle things with the assistance of another location. This is not our best moment, but we do have a track record of great customer service. We are sorry that we did not offer you our typical service. I can assure you that we are in no way out to scam or take advantage anyone. We have had more delays than we’d like, but our quality of work remains and we are hopeful that we will get through this time and come out on the other end stronger with the new staff that we are onboarding.

  They called me on the phone wanting to inspect my roof for hail damage. After they inspecting my roof they said that I did have hail damage asking me to file a claim with my insurance. Which I did whale he stood there using his phone. Insurance was denied. All I got out of this deal is higher premiums for filing a claim. Beware!!

  Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. We have your information on file and it shows that we did have one of our project managers out to your home for a roof inspection. The initial phone call you received was from a company that provides leads to multiple roofing companies in the area to help keep things moving during the winter, we did not personally reach out to you to set up the appointment. After the claim was filed, we requested that you reach out to the office or your project manager and let us know when the insurance adjuster is coming out to inspect your roof so that we can be there. Neither the office or project manager received a phone call about the inspection date, and it is in the notes that we reached out via text and phone call three times and did not hear back from you. We truly appreciate all of our customers and would not suggest a claim be filed and leave a customer on the back burner. We want to help you, but it can be tricky if there is a lack of communication. It is not too late for us to still work with you as initially agreed upon and follow our process. Please reach out to the office or your project manager so that we can arrange this! Thank you

  Mr. Jose Ramirez of EZ Roofing LLC Cabot, and his roofing crew did an outstanding job on my roof! The crew did an excellent clean up after completion and Mr. Ramirez did a final walk through the next day. I highly recommend Mr. Ramirez and EZ Roofing.

  I worked with Brian, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. He got back to me quickly with a competitive bid and the crew was able to come out within a few days and get the whole job done efficiently and painlessly. If I have any future roofing needs I know I have to look no further than EZ Roofing.

  Before and after photos, fascia repair from wind damage! Great professional service, Brian was able to repair our fascia the same day I called him. The whole EZ Roofing team was great to work with, I appreciate the quick service, call with updates and pricing (before work), and photos of the completed repair (all without me asking). Convenient online payment which is really key for us. Thanks again Brian and EZ Roofing! Will be hiring them to install gutters next.

  We can’t thank Brian and EZ Roofing enough for making our home feel like new again. So easy to work with and the crew that roofed our house was FAST! They tidied up the yard and surrounding areas when they were done to include using a tool to pick up any scattered roofing nails in the shrubs and lawn. If you need a new roof, I HIGHLY suggest using EZ!
