  Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated, but I'm afraid it doesn't paint a clear picture of how your project actually turned out. Your roof was covered by a grant from a local municipality. There were very specific guidelines as far as installation techniques and materials used. We followed these guidelines to the T. After completing your roof the town sent out their inspector and she got back to us with 2 concerns A- Gutter filter was loose on driveway side. B-Several shingles appeared to not be sealed down. The inspector stated that unsealed shingles on a brand new roof was probably not an issue as roof needed a little heat/sun/time to properly adhere, which is exactly the case. Upon a re-inspection the following week we passed with flying colors and were assured the town would be issuing payment within 45 days. Again your feedback is appreciated.

  We had Exceptional Exteriors install our siding in October through November (a full tear off) of 2023. At first we were pleased; only a few things to nit pick but nothing serious. Now, in summer 2024, six months after a full tear off, our siding is puckering, fading, and warping. They have removed the entire front of our siding and reordered the material, but it has been over a week and our original siding is sitting in a pile next to our house. Not only is the front removed, but now there is warping and puckering happening at the windows and garage. The customer service has been very prompt and kind but the craftsmanship has been severely lacking. We would not recommend Exceptional Exteriors.

We made sure to order new material right away as the material we had originally placed on your house was defective. This type of issue is usually completely refunded by the material supplier, but in this instance we paid out of pocket to address your home as soon as we possibly could. We hope you are now satisfied with the project, and once again sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you’ve had to experience.

  We reached out and hired this company to hang new gutters for us. They don’t give you a specific date/time to show up, only a window that spans across several weeks. They eventually showed up without notice Monday, 11/1/21. Two Hispanic males came (seemed to be sub-contracted, unsure, they didn’t know who Daryl Sadwick was). The guys were lazy and hack (see sloppy work in attached pics). Shortly after they arrived, a “project manager” called my husband to meet him at our house (leaving work without notice) to pay in full/ahead of completed services. My husband for some reason paid before services were completed. Upon my husband and me getting out of work around 4, we came home to aluminum pieces and nails all over the driveway. They completely mess up a fascia over the back porch, claiming in Spanish they could fit it in ( to their surprise, my husband speaks Spanish). They left old gutter latches on the house, and installed down spouts crooked. At this point gutter brackets are coming off the house. We reached out to Daryl on the afternoon of 11/1/21 (first day) to advise of issues, and he claim he would send someone. My husband has reached out 3 other times since then and still no one has been out. Daryl advised yesterday he would come and check out these issues today 12/7/21 at 4pm. He never showed, never called. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND “Exceptional Exteriors” to anyone. There is nothing at all exceptional about the company , service or product they produce.

  Poor communication. I called at least once a week for a month then finally they said they would get a guy out here. Someone came and I didn't hear anything then I called again two weeks later and he said he was putting me on the schedule and would be out her in a week or two. After they never showed up I finally called again and they say they don't want to work on my house. I understand they may not want to work on some houses but I turned other offers away because of their good reviews. Very disappointed with their communication. I could have had my work down months ago.

  I am always leery of working with a new contractor. After getting several estimates I decided to go with Exceptional Exteriors. I couldn't have made a better decision! Jessie came out for the estimate and arranged everything. He was professional, accommodating to my requests and schedule, the gutters look amazing, everything was cleaned up and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

  Everyone I spoke with and that did the work were great. They explained everything and they didn’t talk down to us like some companies might because we were women. Jessie was very helpful and very thorough in his work as were the rest of the crew. We have already hired them again.

  Exceptional Exteriors just completed installing vinyl siding, two entry doors, window and door wraps, new soffits, some facia repair and trim replacement on our house. It looks fantastic! The existing exterior cedar shingles were completely removed and replaced with house wrap, insulation and Cape Cod Style vinyl shakes and clapboard. We are very pleased with way the house looks now. All the work was done in a timely fashion, at the quoted price and the work crew were very hard working and efficient. It was a pleasure working with Jessie, he is very quick to respond to any questions that arose. Jessie, Daryl and Murphy were all easy to work with. I would not hesitate to contact them for any future work I might have.

  I would 100% recommend Exceptional Exteriors and would absolutely hire them for other home projects in the future. Daryl and Jose are awesome, and the estimate was way below the other market competitors we received quotes from for a new roof, soffitt covers and gutters.
