I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with this company. While I believe in giving people second chances, I was not informed that the company employed individuals with felony/ criminal records before allowing them into my home. I also did not have the opportunity to secure my valuables as they did not provide a heads up to their arrival and only called once at my residence. After their visit, I discovered that a ring valued at $21,000 was missing from the area in which the two men were working. I immediately reported the incident to Jason, but the response has been evasive and unhelpful. The East Providence Police Department concluded after interviews with the two individuals in my home (who were both convicted criminals), that one was indeed responsible for taking the ring. To date, the item has not been recovered, and I’ve received no compensation or meaningful follow-up from Jason. Transparency, accountability, and customer protection should be top priorities for any business—sadly, that was not the case here. I urge anyone considering their services to call a more reputable company. What happened to me should not happen to anyone else - would not recommend using this company.

Great company.Jason is very good at communicating the cost, the options and the expected schedule. On time and on budget. Great staff. Clean, respectful. We made a few tweaks so also responsive to our needs. Deck and siding work. :)

Jason and his crew were extremely professional, the job was done right in in a timely manner. This was a job that I had a hard time getting someone to come over to do. I’ve already recommended Jason’s company to people I work with, and will be having them back for future projects

Very happy with the promptness, attention, and quality of the work completed when I reached out to Exact Exteriors to repair some vinyl siding that had detached from my roof. Even though it was a relatively small job, Jason and the team at Exact followed through and delivered as promised. Great job.

Jay and his crew are the most honest and easy to work with contractors we’ve ever had the privilege of hiring. They were punctual, friendly, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process of fixing our roof. If you’re sick of being blown off or ripped off by general contractors, give Exact Exteriors a call!

Exact Exteriors were great to deal with, start to finish. They were recommended by another company and they didn’t disappoint. We’ve had various problem areas that several other companies have done a poor job with. Jason and the team not only did a great job but they did it quickly! I couldn’t believe how precise , ahem, Exact, they were. Color matching, clean near invisible work and very reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be calling them again.
