Had a quote of $1200 to replace 5 tiles, caulk and repair chipped tiles. I asked for a break down of how we got to $1200. Estimator said small repair and most in labor. Asked for hourly rate and could not give one. Their pricing is not transparent. This is how people are taken advantage of. At $1200 you must include a detailed break down of what you charge even if your hourly rate is $1000 per hour to do the work. Won’t be using this company.

Please read this as a safety warning to your property. My wife drove in front of a house down the street from her grandma's and got a nail in her tire. Not only did she get a nail, but the neighbors found 12 nails in their driveway. Of …

We are sorry that your wife got a flat tire. No one can not know where those nails came from. There was couple construction projects near the area of the mentioned driveway. We cannot be held responsible for all nails on the road.

We called a few roofing companies to repair a very old roof on our shed. We chose Evans Roofing because of their quick response and so glad we did. Daniel came out the same day we called to look at what needed done and give us an estimate. The crew showed up the following day to remove the old roof and put the new one on. Everyone was professional and work was done efficiently. Clean up was important due to pets, and they did an excellent job. We were in contact with the office staff, also very friendly and helpful. They even returned a call after hours when I had a question. I would choose Evans Roofing again should I need any work done and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Evans Roofing of Central Florida. Lucas, the estimator/sales representative, was straightforward, informative, and genuinely focused on finding me the best product at a fair price — no high-pressure tactics. Jeffrey, the project manager, promptly answered every question and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The roofing crew, led by Rene, was respectful, tidy, and careful with my property; they even carried old roofing debris to the dumpster instead of shoveling it over the edge onto tarps. Everyone at Evans clearly takes pride in their role. I now have a great-looking roof at a fair price backed by a company that stands behind its work. If you’re looking to get a new roof, I highly recommend looking at Evans Roofing of Central Florida.

If you want it done right the first time, choosing Evans Roofing of Central Florida is an excellent choice for both professional, experienced and thorough replacement of fascia and soffit. The work crew of Renée Ramirez was outstanding without wavering. When new discoveries of damage were found, they obtained what they needed the same day and completed putting on new fascia and soffit including replacement of other damaged boards behind the fascia, eve metal and two rows of shingles, including the crucial starter shingle. My entire porch has been transformed and adjustments were made to the gutter and to the elevation where the porch tied into the existing roof to stop future water damage from occurring. I can’t thank Evans Roofing enough and my primary contact Daniel Gonzalez that was available 24/7 to answer any questions of concern.

Storms Don't Wait | Neither Should Your Roof Repair! If you're in Winter Park and noticed a shingle out of place, a soft spot, or a leak starting after the last round of weather, it's time to get it checked out. Small shingle damage turns into big problems fast, water intrusion, rot, and interior damage that costs way more than the original fix. Evans Roofing has been helping Central Florida homeowners catch these issues early and repair them right the first time. Our crews inspect the full roof system, not just the obvious spot, so you know exactly what you're dealing with before any work begins. Don't wait for the next storm to find out your roof isn't ready. http://www.evansroof.com #WinterParkFL #ShingleRoofRepair #RoofingContractor #EvansRoofing #CentralFloridaRoofing3 days ago
