Called for a " FREE ESTIMATE" over a month ago, no one showed up, no call back, nothing- I reach out again to be told someone would have to call me back. This is a joke, search elsewhere!

A representative from Eustis stepped onto my property to remove a Safe & Sound Roofing sign in my yard. Then left marketing material. The roof on this house is brand new. No need for the unprofessionalism.

We understand your confusion, Geo. We would like to clarify that we did not enter your property or place anything in your mailbox. The flyer you received was mailed out by the post office, as indicated by the postage stamp on the back. We recognize that the timing, with your sign missing and a new roof, may have contributed to some misunderstandings. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused and appreciate your feedback.

Problem was assessed promptly. It took a few weeks to get a repair appointment. Unfortunately the repair did not fix the problem and it has gotten worse. I have just put in my second call for a callback.

David was a very helpful and polite young man. After he assessed my roof, because it was aluminum he told me it was not under your scope of business. David was kind enough to give me contact information on companies who do porch/patio roofs. Thank you, David.

"My wife and I live in Sorrento, and after nearly 20 years it was finally time to replace our old shingle roof. We decided to upgrade to a tile roof because of its longer lifespan, better durability, and the updated look it would give our home. We received a few different quotes, but Justin with Just in Time Roofing offered the best price along with the fastest projected completion time. His crew started early one morning and had the entire project finished before lunch the following day. They worked efficiently, kept everything organized, and when they left there weren't any nails or debris left in our yard. The fit and finish of the new tile roof exceeded our expectations, and our house looks completely transformed. We highly recommend Justin and the entire Just in Time Roofing team."
